Staff were very friendly and helpful. They were happy to answer any questions I had. The room had everything I needed for a short stay. Everything was as expected for a 3* hotel. No complaints and would happily stay here again. The location is a bit far from the city centre, so there were fewer local restaurants to choose from, however, there are some shops right downstairs for snacks and groceries. The fridge in the room wasn't as cold as I liked, but this was only a minor inconvenience.

Most of the staff are very friendly the room is quite big and the bed is so comfortable, nice balcony and ac. It’s big and spacious yet so comfortable I’d definitely recommend! There is a blonde girl that works at the reception who is extremely rude, it’s like she’s upset that you’re there. As well as some problems within the furniture like the door being off the hinge or won’t stay closed and won’t lock.
