Hotel SB Diagonal Zero 4 Sup

The spa area was somewhat decent, but even there the water was dirty, and the jacuzzi was filthy. The price is quite high, but the hotel and the room are completely inconsistent with what you pay. The air conditioner was not blowing cold enough air. We kept it set to 17–18°C, yet the room temperature was around 26–27°C every single day. You can basically consider it as if there were no air conditioning at all. The refrigerator in the room was not working. They came and repaired it, but it still did not cool anything. The safe was not working either, so I had to carry all my cash with me at all times, which is quite unsafe. One night when I entered the room, water was leaking from the ceiling. We reported it, and they fixed it, but the exact same thing happened again the next morning. By that point, we did not even care anymore because we were leaving the hotel anyway. As for the pool, it was extremely dirty. It was the kind of pool you would not even want to get into. If you are planning to stay at this hotel, keep in mind that the Wi-Fi does not work properly anywhere — not in the room, not by the pool, not in the spa, and not in any area of the hotel. If you order water, be aware that although the water itself costs €4.50, they charge a delivery fee that is three times the price of the water. One day it started raining outside, and we had an umbrella in the room. We took it and went outside, but when I tried to open it, it was completely broken and wouldn’t even open at all. I also got stuck in the pool restroom. After about 5 minutes of struggling, I finally managed to force the door open and get out. I was shouting for help, but no one could hear me. Overall, this is a very poor hotel, despite its high prices. The quality of the service, the condition of the hotel, and the room are nowhere near worth the amount they charge. If I had had any other option, I would not have stayed in this hotel for even a second. Unfortunately, I had no alternative because almost every hotel in the area was fully booked.

Some damage in the bathroom like they could not fix. I had two bed room they put me at different floor. Despite I asked from the first day of reservation next of each other or at least in the same floor. But they fail to give me two room in the same floor. Shower in the bathroom are old and damage.

Beautiful and big size for the Bed To be honest, nothing

The location is great: 10 minutes walking to the LLevant beach, 3 minutes walk to the Hop on Hop off bus station, 5 minutes walk to a big shopping center and the metro station. The room was clean and well maintained, seems like it was designed by german engineers - everything is practical but a bit dull. The main issue was the sound coming from the bathroom in the night. I couldn’t sleep as I could hear constant flushing from rooms above ours. I could only get to sleep with my earphones plugged in. The breakfast price seemed too expensive form me, so we went to Alcampo in the mall, where you can have a decent breakfast for 5-10 euros per person.

Rooftop pool was nice and had a great view. Rooms were good sized and nicely appointed. Restaurant was very good for breakfast and dinner. It was impossible to regulate temperature in the shower and you had to time rinses between the scalding hot and ice cold water that continuously fluctuated. Tiles around roof top pool were extremely hot and burned bare feet

I didn't like the see thru curtain and I feel like the bathroom toilet seat needed to change and the shower water wet the floor too.

It was close to literally everything It was clean but not clean enough. Water temperature is hard to adjust. AC wasn’t working at one point

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Transit is located close to the property, short walk to the beach. Pool was nice. Rooms were not fully cleaned each day (eg. sandy floors [as a function of going to the beach] for multiple days in a row). More garbage cans and a recycling bin in the room also would have been nice.

Very good hotel near the sea, underground station, mall and museum. The staff was friendly and nice, receptionist making upgrade for us and we don’t know about it. It was a one of the best room. Perfect breakfast for 22 euros, especially like homemade bakery and veggie options, a lot of meals for your choice

I had the worst third night at that hotel. At 2am there was a smell of a cigarette in the room I couldn’t sleep I thought I wasn’t going to die. I had to the reception so they can change my room and they did.

Everything met expectations. Apartment was large and comfortable. Towels could have been softer. Kettle had too much cleaning solution.

My only complaint was smell of cigarettes in my room even on pillow cases, but when I asked to change rooms, Christian from front office was exceptionally accommodating!
