Hotel Vincci Bit

The pool and the breakfast are amazing. The staff is very helpful. The hotel was close to the venue we were attending an event at and that is why we chose it. This was our third time staying in the hotel and the worst room out of three. It felt very very humid the whole time, the bathroom was smaller and without the nice walk-in shower we had the last two times, which was not reflected by a lower price of the room. One bedside table was missing and I never got it despite asking for it.

Location is amazing to get by bus or metro; the bed is extremely comfy and thw shower is great :) I love the pillows and how comfy the room overall it is Is impossible to rest during the weekend due to the noise made by hosekeeping is like they are destroyin the room next door! The pool facilities are not that great the chairs are not that comfy

I like it. It s the place where I continue to go when I am in Barcelona. I am satisfied and not too expensive.

Beautiful modern rooms, nice shower A bit far from main sites and we couldn’t check in earlier, also the AC fan cannot be changed so it was loud when on

The location is close to the beach, staff is super friendly and the breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable and had fantastic water pressure in the shower. The rooftop pool and bar was a highlight, great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The price was pretty good for the area, but the location, while close to the beach and mall, can be a journey to get to from the airport.

We loved our room, the attention to unique design features, the pool and bar, the lounge and bar downstairs for football matches, and the details like lemon water and peanuts. N/a

Room was good with all the basic facilities and decent size. depends on what price you get the room, we got around 180 euros so it was kind of worth it. if u pay more then may be not worth it prices were very erratic, the same room was for 180 euro one day and few days apart it was 800 euro

Horrible AC

. Near the metro . Cleaning service . Decent room . Cockroaches . Has ac but sucks we had to sleep with the windows open . . Some staff act to stuck up and aren’t helpful . . Not convenient at all . . The restaurant and bar is overpriced and nasty . . The pool is so small and not deep at all .

It was across from my daughter’s dorm. I noticed small bite marks on my body and forehead after waking up in the morning. I also saw a small bug on my pillow, so I requested housekeeping services. The next day I decided to pull the bed away from the wall and there were bed bugs along the wall. The bed bugs left the trail of marks on my forehead and body. Management came to my room, confirmed the bed bugs along the wall. They acknowledged the bites left on forehead and body. I only showed my arms and legs. We were moved to another room two floors up. My mind was racing, I could not sleep too afraid there might be more in the new room, plus on our luggage and personal belongings. They also gave me free drink tickets, not cool. Management reached out wanting me to sign a NDA should I accept a refund on the monies spent on breakfast. (280 euros) They referred to the bed bugs as an “incident” taking no real responsibility. The compensation was not fair to keep this quite. Be very thorough if staying here. Check bedding, wall, wall sockets.
