Location and pool. The AC wasn’t working from the day we arrived. Hotel told they can’t offer us another room, so 5 days in 30+ degree inside the room. Hotel workers told that the AC repairmen is coming, but not at least 5 days :( So not good to sleep in room, where the temperature is over 30 and the street are so noisy even at night.

Clean staff friendly Not enough pool seating, all chairs reserved for big groups and not allowed to sit on of in swimwear, quite silly considering it’s around the pool

The location, the roof terrace, the interior, the staff, the rooms and beds were comfortable The beds were shorter than normal and the staff at the roof bar made a real fuss about where we could sit. All the nice and comfy seats for example were free but they said we couldn’t sit there in case larger groups turned up.

Location was great, close to everything and still accessible by Taxi! Could walk to the beach and walk the Gothic quarter, I could walk to the Marina district and the museums, as well as the cathedral of Barcelona, many other attractions! The hop on hop off stop is very close. The pool top rooftop deck is awesome. Cocktails and bartender “Monkey” were great, front desk staff., Lalo and Sergio, were awesome!

Location!!! And the hotel staff!!! The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful with things to do and fantastic places to eat!!! Zero… maybe the size of the pool.
