Me and my husband went for a course in Barcelona. We loved our stay here. We stayed 5 nights. It was comfortable , clean and very near to many dining places.and at walking distance from some nice attractions Nothing in specific

The common area had good coffee. The staff were caring and helpful. The reception desk being in a different location is ridiculous. Just looking at your photo advertising is so deceiving. You have that cute reception desk but don’t use it? Why are you doing that? I’m so curious because it just doesn’t make sense. Definitely is false advertising to have that photo of it and it remains empty of help. If I ever needed something I had to go outside , smell sewer and walk past garbage to ask for help. It was so confusing trying to get into the building. There was a button to call the hotel desk to buzz me in but it was so hard to see it.

This Hotel was better than we expected it to be. Loved the location, the staff were so welcoming in the Born hotel & we walked around the corner to enjoy a lovely breakfast in the Born hotel too. The coffee area in Chic & Basic was perfect too. My kids loved the marshmallows NA

location extremly small rooms, on the pictures the rooms seem alot bigger. the wardrobe was unusable because the doors were broken.

Very friendly helpful staff. Rooms were basic but clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast had good selection of hot and cold foods plus fruits and cereal. Location good, easy walking to town and anywhere up to 30 mins to most main attractions . Little touches like leaving sweets and drinks and a tote bag in the room. 24hr coffee facilities in main lobby with sweets and biscuits When you first arrive it feels a bit strange because you book into gotel reception around the corner then your room is located in a building around tbe corner which we believe also has apartments in it. However, it was secure, quiet and once you knew where you were going it was absolutely fine. Basic, clean, comfortable hotel in good location

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, especially the Asian gentleman at the reception, who was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The location is great, the hotel is very clean, and the bed was comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. I also really appreciated the thoughtful welcome gifts, including the complimentary drink and chips. The free coffee and candies were another nice touch that made me feel welcome. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. The only thing I didn't like was the room. It felt a bit like a prison because the window was very small and located on the side, with almost no view or natural light. This made the room feel closed in and less comfortable than I had hoped.

Good location, clean and really good air con ! Shower was not the best but done the job

Looks relatively new I do not like the idea that there is no front desk in the same building of the rooms, but you have to leave the building
