Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, served with fresh coffee. The lady tried to help accommodate my husband’s lactose intolerance. Thank you. Aircon works well. Room a bit small, but manageable.

The location the cleaness of the rooms, the reception guy from brazil was amazing very friendly and helpful. Overall the rooms were very good but a bit small The price is a little bit high

I really loved the interior design and atmosphere of the hotel. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and our room was spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The staff we met were very friendly, welcoming and helpful, and considering the size and quality of the room, I thought the hotel was very good value for money. Unfortunately, my father experienced a theft during our stay, which was very upsetting. I really appreciated that the manager personally apologised to us afterwards and showed concern about what had happened. The reception staff were also kind and genuinely tried to help us, which we were grateful for. My main concern was the security of the hotel. It is located in a very busy area, but there did not seem to be enough security measures in place. In particular, the lift did not require a hotel key card, so it appeared possible for people who were not staying at the hotel to enter and access the guest room floors. Unfortunately, my father’s bag was stolen while he was sitting near the hotel entrance. I completely understand that the theft itself was not necessarily the hotel’s fault, and I appreciated the manager’s response afterwards. However, after the incident, the lack of security naturally made us feel less safe and had a significant impact on our overall experience. There were also some organisational issues. When we arrived, we were already very tired from travelling and left our large luggage with the hotel before check-in. We were not given any luggage tags or receipts, which led to quite a lot of confusion when we came back to collect our belongings. It became unnecessarily stressful trying to explain which luggage belonged to us. The handling of the deposit was also confusing. During our stay, we were told that it had already been refunded, but when I checked my account, I had not received it. When we checked out, there was no receptionist available, so we were unsure who to speak to and eventually had to ask a member of staff from the neighbouring café for assistance. We were then told that the deposit would be refunded at 2pm that day, but I still have not received it.

The room and location are perfect, especially for a solo traveller. Just in the middle of the shopping streets, and there are so many nice restaurants and bars in the area. Nothing

Great location, friendly staff, and a clean, well-maintained hotel. Although we booked a rate that included breakfast, the selection was exactly the same every day. It consisted of two slices of bread, a choice of a few types of ham, the same cheese, a small portion of butter and jam, and yogurt with fruit and granola. A little more variety would have made the experience much better, especially for guests staying several days.

The hotel is in a great location, with the metro just around the corner. The room was clean, tidy, and looked exactly like the photos. The staff were very friendly. We especially appreciated being able to leave our luggage in the lockers free of charge before check-in and after check-out. We would definitely stay here again!

Location is great ! Staff is friendly, I had to check out early before breakfast time begins so the staff made me breakfast which I can carry it along Room was quite small , not much space to move around

Everything was perfect. Friendly, helpful staff, great breakfast. Everything you’d need in a hotel room was right there! Location was spot on - sights, Metro on the doorstop yet still very quiet. Nothing!
