The most valuable asset of the hotel is the team. Any person whom we got in touch was extremely friendly and helpful, trying to do his/her best to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. Facilities are well-maintained, and the hotel itself is situated in a beautiful valley, less than a minute walking distance from the ski lift and 15 min drive from Vielha. Few things that the hotel management should think about. The hotel is advertised as 'ski & spa resort', but the spa is very small. The same applies to the gym. Some improvements would increase further the value of the hotel and will provide additional options for the guests to spend their time.

The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. I don’t think we have ever experienced such friendly staff in a hotel! The spa was amazing but there a was a slight smell

Great location and hotel facilities Employees are helpful I burned my leg in a steam sauna. Need to install some kind of protection around steam head in SPA

The room was very comfortable, the location is perfect right next to the gondola that takes you up. They provide a locker right under the gondola which is perfect and extremely comfortable. I cannot think of anything that could've been better honestly everything exceeded my expectations.
