Sauna is great! Everything at the hotel is clean. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Door handle to my bathroom fell off, but no biggie.

The staff was friendly. The room was dirty. The bathroom door was broken. The food was bad.

Close enough to the gondola Poor staff that aren’t very helpful Uncomfortable beds No sound proofing (can hear people in rooms above, Below and to the side of you very loudly) We were moved room 3 times during our stay, our first room had a shower door hanging off and the front door was so bashed it you could have blown it down. Our second room was satisfactory but we were asked to move as the owner needed it. The third room also had a bashed in front door but not so bad that we wanted to move for a 4th time. We were told that there wasn’t a closet for our ski gear so we lugged it all the way up to our rooms before finding the door open with other people ski stuff in it on our last day. We where not told about the service which would have taken us to the gondola every day so we trekked up to the gondola in ski boots every day, another nice surprise when we ran into the van on our last day (driver was very helpful though, took us to take our ski gear back on the last day and waited to take us back to the hotel)

It was warm. Hotel was not clean. everything is old and not properly cared for. Nothing reflects the 4 stars of it’s rating.

Very basic rooms, very weak wifi in room, showers were luke warm, sofa bed was not comfortable.
