The hotel is currently in need of a general renovation. The reception area is quite small and lacks space, making it difficult to navigate through the lobby when other guests are present. While the rooms are kept decently clean, they are outdated. During my stay, the TV was non-functional. I reported this to the front desk several times and was promised a technician, but the issue was never addressed. On a positive note, the staff were pleasant and professional, and the breakfast was of a high standard. The spa is also a good facility, though I would recommend visiting before 4:00 PM to avoid the crowds. The hotel needs renovation. especially the rooms.

I liked the steam room and pool area Excellent breakfast ! Please take room 010 out of service and turn it into a storage room. It’s a bad location having to listen to guests entering and leaving the building wing during all hours of the night.

It was there. It is run down very worn. Avoid the food we had 1/2 board used once out of 5 days the food was cold. Skip the food and pay less for the room.

What is good: - close to the slopes & city center. - shuttle to Gondola and back - the food is OK for a 3 star residence (kids liked it so no argues here) - good wi-fi. - ski service / rental/ school inside the hotel. Really helpful. -good value for money. Well, the whole facility needs major renovations, from the rooms to spa facilities. Rooms are okish but floors and furniture are quite old. Cleaning the rooms is something that is not happening - we stayed for 6 nights, no towel changes no Cleaning, just trash can was emptied each day. The rooms were not fully cleaned this season, dust under sofa and some walls dirty. What really annoyed me was the lack of utensils in tr the kitchenette, nothing besides two glasses.

Food was good and restaurant staff was very kind. every night between 8 o'clock pm and 5 o'clock am Greek people from the neighboring apartment 41 were listening to music and partying! We called reception 8 times in total and nothing was done.

Dinner was nice. Meat options were good. Heating was quite good in the room. Almost 7-10 minutes away from Gondola. Lots of free parking area available. Breakfast was quite ordinary and it was not that tasty. But the worst thing is rooms were too dirty, and I have never tried worse bed before. I would never ever again stay there again. Even if they offer me the room for free I would go somewhere else. Even though we were so tired, we had difficulty to sleep on it. Front door was nice, but they didn't explain us a lot. They only told us about time of the breakfast and dinner and that was all. They were "cleaning" the room every day but it was always dirty. I read similar comments in advance, I booked here as price/performance. But honestly, that was a mistake.

The food and the location are both phenomenal. Maybe they can work a little bit more variety of the food bad for people who are not so picky it's ok. Hotel need redecorating.... The rooms are old, also the furniture is not in good shape. All that puts hotel stuff staff in position where hygiene must be much better.
