European simple breakfast, tasty and honest. Parking available. 24h check-in. Friendly staff. Clean bathroom. Cheap. Outdated room (peeled wallpaper, dirty and stained mattresses, broken decorations). Bed sheets too small, topper on top of mattress on top of another mattress. Dead insects on mattresses.

Maybe the location, however, it wasn't a problem. 15 minutes walking until the lift station, but im general the experience with the hotel was good

Nothing. Sheets are very dirty and broken, it smells very ugly, the room is very very dirty, bad staff and you won t get money back if you want a refund. I don t recommand this accomodation. If you make a reservation you will make a very bad decision.

The room was big, upper floor, big balcony and nice view. A very nice lady at the desk wich was always smiling and helpful There was a bald shaved dude in the staff wich was always upset, never speaking because of the zero english and he always made people feel unconfortable. Never seen a smile from him, a hello, when he was making breakfast you had the feeling that he is annoyed and upset with everyone. Check the google reviews to see that everybody complains about him. Then the room was full of dust, old furniture, better see the pictures, a disgrace really

Тhe location is not far from the center and easily accessible. The staff is friendly and helpful. The dinner offered on the New Year's eve and night was really special concerning both the food and the drinks. The hotel had even ensured that a DJ takes good care of the music for the entire evening till late in the night. Bathrooms are really small; they however are nicely equipped and clean.

I really love the staff, they are very kind, helpful and polite, made me feel at home. The breakfast was so good with handmade food and variety. They also provided me transfer to the Gondola every day. The room has everything needed to have a pleasant stay. I definitely need to come back!

Dani the head staff is excellent and welcoming. The bus that take you the square was great. The minor details such as bath soap and etc. Nevertheless the absolute cleaning was more than enough

The room was all in dust and not clean, the bed was awful and not clean. We had to leave in the first day and they did not give any refund!!
