Located only 262 feet from the Gondola elevator and minutes away from the old center of Bansko, the Vihren Royal Palace offers modern and luxurious accommodations. Complimentary use of the swimming pool, sauna, steam bath and the gym is offered. The spa area also provides various treatments and relaxing massages at a surcharge. The Vihren Royal Palace has a children’s games room on site. All of the Vihren’s rooms and apartments are elegantly furnished with satellite TV. All accommodations boast stunning views over the Pirin and Rila Mountains. Cooking is not allowed in our hotel. The main restaurant Symphony at Vihren Royal Palace Bansko serves European and Bulgarian cuisine, while the Aqua Lobby Bar awaits guests with the finest drinks and cocktails. You reach the ski room by going down a set of stairs, which makes it quite difficult when carrying skis and wearing ski boots. Additionally, the parking at the property was paid, and it was even more expensive per day than the public parking located right in front of it.

Very good impression of the place and location. Everything was within walk reach. New interior Breakfast could be better, more options and variety.

The location and the breakfast were good. The room size is not as described on booking, where it is stated 215sq ft while in reality is so much smaller. More than that, the double room is basically the bedroom of an apartment. When we asked the staff about this issue, initially we were faced with a refusal ”because you booked through booking and not through their website" and "booking can lie about size, it is not hotel problem". After a long discussion in the evening we were postponed for the next day, and then in the morning the same story reocurred. Only after contacting booking.com support we were able to make it a 1 night stay, refunded for the remaining 6 and moved to another location.

The staff was super nice. The spa center is clean and everything works perfectly. The food was good with lots of options. It's also close to the ski gondola. No soap or shampoo in the bathroom, just shower gel. TV is not working. Getting to the restaurant and spa is a maze, so many doors and confusing signs. You can hear everything from the other apartment, and the balcony is shared between two apartments, so no privacy.

Location Housekeeping literally ignored our room for 3 days. When they finally (only once) came in, they didnt even change the sheets, didnt change the used towels nor resupply the coffee or water in the room which i assume is not much to expect. I mean it's one bag of tea and a single use coffee.

The location is perfect and the rooms are spacious. We also had a nice and rich breakfast. The cleanliness could have been better. Unfortunately when we got the room there were still hair from the previous guests on the floor behind the door. Also, we were promised a king bed and we just had 2 twin beds pushed together, creating an uncomfortable whole soot in the middle.

Unfortunately the jacuzzi was not hot, the room was quite small and there was no central heating

The location, the room and the food were good. One of the receptionist when we first arrived at the hotel was very rude and arrogant. Didn't get her name but she had white hair. She made our arrival very unpleasant and was not helpful at all.

The kitchen in studio is not equipped. Needed few things for baby, but all gotten from the stuff. The ventilation in the restaurant is bad or even doesn't exists.

Location is perfect for skiers as it is a hop away from the gondola, staff is friendly, rooms are clean and well maintained, good breakfast, internet works everywhere and fast, all best restaurants are just behind corner as are all shops on the central street Pirin. Finding close-by public parking can be a nuasance.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The location was poor and the surrounding area felt unattractive and uninviting. The city itself did not meet my expectations at all and offered very little to enjoy or explore. The hotel did not make things any better. The overall atmosphere was unpleasant, and the facilities were below standard. Nothing about the stay felt comfortable or welcoming. Overall, this was not an enjoyable experience and I would not recommend this hotel or this city to anyone looking for a pleasant trip.

Great hotel, very friendly staff, Thomas the owner and manager was there to check the stay was good. Our room had two bedrooms and a lounge, and fridge, perfect for our family group. Spa was really good after a day on the mountain, great quality breakfast, perfect location 300m from the Gondola and right next to the ski equipment shops. Nothing
