No joke - they were new and tight-fitting for my adapters. They ALL worked! Small thing - a full length mirror in the room would have been nice - there was no way to see what you look like.

The only thing I didn’t like was that they don’t allow food inside the room. If you feel hungry, you have to go outside and eat on the road. I understand this might be why the hotel is much cleaner, as no food is allowed inside.

Clean The facility was not upto the mark, if you want to have tea either you have to buy or you need to bring your own cutlerries eg cups, glass etc. towel was shit, if you want good towel bring your own.

The lady that runs it and the rest of the staff are very sweet and helpful. Nice place good value. A little noisy but I’m used to really quiet at home

Not worth the money. Floor is slippery due to paint. Too narrow steps for upstairs. Lights were too dim and mosquitoes made worse. No hair dryer, no kettle, For the washrooms, we have to go down and wait As per facilities it's expensive

Great location and great price. Staff is friendly and the place was very clean. Laundry service is helpful but a little expensive. 7/11 right across the street, for quick breakfast and midnight snacks. The mattress had springs and was quite hard, not too comfortable. The stairs up to the room were quite steep with irregularly sized steps, so going to the bathroom at night half asleep could've been a little dangerous. The rooms were quite small and almost completely filled by the bed, which is not really an issue, but with no other place to sit and relax at the Hotel we found ourselves leaving asap, returning only to sleep and not meeting any of the other guests except in passing by the bathrooms. (This may have been a blessing in disguise, as there's lots to see in Bangkok)

Beautiful family run place in a great location. The owners are so friendly, caring and kind. We felt right at home. Comfy bed and air con made sure we slept great. Breakfast was also a great addition as meant we knew exactly where to go in the morning to start our day.

Very clean, my room had a window and the bed was comfortable. The fan rooms don't have AC so can get quite warm during the day, but that's clear when you book. Only two showers and toilets but I never had to wait for long and soap and shampoo were provided, which was nice. It was very good value - I would have extended my stay but unfortunately they were already fully booked. The rooms are smaller than they look on the website, which could be an issue for people with a lot of luggage. Food and drinks aren't allowed in the rooms which is a little inconvenient (but there are plenty of restaurants nearby so not a big deal).

Easy to access location (10 min walking distance to the ferry to grand palace, 15 min by grab to main tourist attraction if it is not during rush hour) Good value for the money. Great location, super quiet. Everything was very clean. Renovated old traditional house, if you look up you’ll see the structures of the roof. Some mattresses were rock hard. Like in traditional houses, toilets are on ground level. The few steps are steep, easier barefoot than with socks at first.

It's a nice place for a short stay. Good location and clean room and bathroom. The room I had was small and hot, even with the fan on. It's okay if you don't plan to spend a lot of time in the room, but not for a long stay.

Really lovely family run guesthouse who were so caring and attentive with anything we needed. They also were so kind giving us certain information on spots to visit. Nothing.
