Responsive yet frustrated staff. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Its a run down, old, outdated property, with old sheets and towels. Hardly any water pressure. I could not sleep properly, spent two nights tossing and turning. And am still recovering. The room has very very negative energy /vibe. I am not sure what sort of people have stayed there, but the least they could do is make it comfortable. They were cranky when asked for any small requests, though they did comply. Overcrowded, noises from crows outside. Not relaxing stay. Avoid this place. The room does not look like the pics.

I felt happy and at home. It was hard to leave! -

The bottom floor provides a relaxing area to have a coffee and read a book. The accommodation is a little unique, no fridge or kettle in rooms, no cups or facilities to make your own coffee, although there is a community water dispenser on each floor. We also took advantage of the laundry- we were charged at flat rate of 100B for the washing machine and dryer so make sure you have a decent load. As we were on the second floor we could hear conversations from people enjoying their breakfast, not exactly a quiet place. The facilities in the room are very dated, bathroom is old and smells.

This was a calm and friendly hotel, a small oasis in the bustle of Bangkok. Beautifully and originally decorated, it was very comfortable and the breakfast choices were delicious. Nothing, it was just what we looked for

The location is ideal, close to major landmarks like the Grand Palace and Wat Pho, yet tucked away enough to feel calm and relaxing. Breakfast was fresh, organic, and delicious, setting the perfect tone for each day. This hotel isn’t just a place to stay, it’s an experience filled with heart, culture, and tranquility. The property is well decorated throughout with a colorful vintage theme. The room was very good for the pricee, we found it to be very comfortable and clean. We felt the location was also good as it’s in a quiet area but still only about 20-30 mins from Khaosan road and about 1 hour from Siam shopping centre (on foot). Our room didn’t have a significant desk area to unpack stuff onto. The sink in the bathroom leaked whenever in use causing the area around it to be constantly wet.
