Hope Land Hotel Sukhumvit 24

I like the door bag worker who helped me load my belongings. I am extremely frustrated with how this payment situation was handled by the hotel. Before checking out, I specifically explained to the property desk staff that my Booking reservation stated that payment was supposed to be made in person. Despite this, I was told that I had already been charged through Booking and that the payment could take 3–5 days to process after checkout. I was also explicitly told that I did not need to make any payment directly to the hotel. I relied on the information provided to me by the hotel staff. If there was a misunderstanding regarding the payment arrangement, that should have been clearly communicated to me before allowing me to stay. Instead, the hotel allowed me to complete my stay and then demanded payment afterward while threatening to report me to the Embassy. I find this extremely unacceptable, especially considering that I was acting based on the information provided to me by the property’s own staff. This entire situation was caused by a failure to properly communicate and handle the payment information. I should not have been placed in this position after specifically asking about the payment and being assured that no payment was required in person. The threatening manner in which this was handled only made an already confusing situation significantly worse.

The apartment was AMAZINGLY spacious! The location is absolutely on point just around 2–3 km from Nana Plaza, with a 7-Eleven right next door, which was super convenient. The lobby was big, clean, and well maintained, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout our stay. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a 1-bedroom apartment (1BHK), and we ended up staying for almost 5 days. The extra space definitely made the stay even more comfortable. Overall, it’s a BIG YES from me, and I would happily stay here again the next time I’m in Bangkok. PLEASE NOTE: ? There’s an AMAZING veggie sushi place right across the street. If you’re into vegetarian sushi, do yourself a favour and try it absolute food-gasm! ?? Definitely one of the little bonuses of staying here. The lights are way to dim in the apartment. Need to Re-Design the lighting.

Staff not smily as everwhere in Thailand. Standard room is low general quality.

The hotel is very comfortable and well maintained. Everything is extremely clean, housekeeping is done with great care and respect. The staff is wonderful — friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The location is perfect, making it very convenient to get around the city. I genuinely felt comfortable staying here. Honestly, nothing. Everything met or exceeded my expectations.

I really loved the atmosphere of the hotel itself — calm, warm, and full of character. The staff deserve special mention: incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring, making you feel truly welcome rather than just accommodated. The apartment was a pleasant surprise. The style is not ultra-modern, but very beautiful, well-maintained, and tasteful. It creates a special sense of coziness and comfort that makes you feel at home.

Location is prime, staff are professional, noise levels are okay. Had to call about noise during cleaning of the unit above me, generally there was a cleanliness issue (see image), changed rooms because the description was misleading, the whole building is falling into ruin, there are broken fixtures all around the room, the bed was super cheap and stiff, and overall the price for all that was waaay too high for BKK.

Well-located in Sukhumvit, close to a 7-Eleven. The room was massive, and included a kitchen. There is not a lot of glamour - it is a simpler hotel than its neighbors, but it gets the job done. Room and property felt a bit old. Staff was efficient, but not super friendly.
