Nice staff, nice room Car noises from the street were a bit annoying in the night time. The balcony doors don't sound proof well.

The breakfast was quite simple, but it's ok. The TV had no HDMI port for me to plug my chromecast, but since it was a Smart TV with apps built-in such as Netflix, this didn't bother me.

We've stayed here often, so it feels like our "home" in Bangkok. I know my way around from Adelphi 49, and I enjoy the restaurants within walking distance. No complaints at all.

My husband and I stayed at Adelphi Forty-Nine for 3 nights. We loved the location, off Sukhumvit Road, with tons of local restaurants, bars and massage parlours within 3-5 minutes walking distance. The rooftop pool was welcome after walking around in the area. It would have been nice to have a small bar on the rooftop, but it wasn’t a big deal. Our room was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The staff throughout the hotel were always smiling and helpful. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Adelphi Forty-Nine and thought it offered good value, especially in high season.

The room is modern, clean, attractive, with a good and efficient layout and plenty of storage. The staff is the best, special shoutouts to Nong Bai Toey, Khun Joe and Khun Pat for their smiling greetings every day. Sometimes the exhaust from a neighbour's kitchen seemed to go directly into my room, though fortunately it was just occasional and didn't last long.

Complimentary Airport Pick-up service. Good eco-friendly incentives - for every day we don't require making up the room, they would reward with a complimentary cup of drink. The location is a good five-minute walk (two-minute by car) to the nearest train (BTS) station, Thong Lo. Room had a washing machine which I could wash & dry my clothes without leaving my room. My room was facing someone else's backyard. Would have preferred the side facing away from someone's house. Room service menu was only accessible by using the Line app, which I didn't have, so I had to go down to the restaurant to order - and then have them delivered to the room. The washing machine seemed to be leaking. Everytime I washed my clothes, I'd have to dry up the floor with the floor towel from the towel. But minor inconveniences aside, I think it was a pretty decent stay. The experience was more like a mini service apartment than a suite.
