Nothing Mattress smelled like urine, another smelled like cigarettes and pine cleaner so strong couldn’t stay in the room more than a minute

We had a large clean room in a good location

lovely hotel- but bit far out from train station. only problem if come in late- seems whole of naples public transport shut @ 11pm! got quoted €80 cabs to holiday ! finally got one to charge lot less but not pleasant experience outside st woman on her own! nothing

Nice staff, large room, good location, possibility to leave car with no additional paymennt, moderate price. Breakfasts were terrible, both food quality and the sysyem of ordering via internet. Besides, air conditioning should be improved as it tends to switch off from time to time

We were a family of 4 and only staying for 1 night in this hotel. We stayed in this hotel because we noticed that the hotels in Naples were more expensive and it was possible to take a 20 mins train to Naples, so we figured why not since we're only spending one day in Naples. The location of this hotel is pretty good. We got there by train from Rome, and the hotel was a 5 minute walk from the train station. When we got to the hotel, we were greeted by the staff who were very kind and welcoming. They told us our room was ready and we were able to check-in earlier. We had booked a family room since we were 4 and we were so surprised by how big the room was. The bathroom was also quite spacious. Everything in the room was very clean. Even when we were walking around in the hotel, we could see that it was a clean place. For breakfast, they sent us a link on WhatsApp the night before so we could order what we want for breakfast. When we arrived at the cafeteria, our breakfast was already prepared and the plates were covered when they were brought to us. The portions were very generous, everything was clean and pretty. There was a good selection of choices for the breakfast. I would book this hotel again and I would recommend it to friends/family! The only thing that could count as a con for our stay is that there was no staff in the cafeteria after they brought us our breakfast to our table. We needed 2 extra plates and utensils, but we couldn't find anyone. We ended up finding coffee plates right next to the coffee machine so we took 2 and found a basket of little spoons. We stayed at this hotel on a tuesday and we were the only ones in the cafeteria, maybe that can explain why there wasn't anyone from the staff who stayed in the cafeteria. Like i said, this is not something that affected our stay at this hotel and i would still come back again.

really clean, modern hotel with lovely, friendly staff. great base for being in Aversa the only reason I rated a 9/10 is because i would have loved there to be a cafe or bar on site
