Nothing was perfect start from check in till check out . They took my of to register and they didn’t give it back to me at check out time despite I stay at reception 3 times and the same girl who make me check in also made check out . And when I called the hotel to send my ID they told me it was my mistake they I didn’t ask !!! And I should arrange courtier to pick up my ID . Also didn’t get any receipt when I left the hotel which is against Italian law . I was in room 112 shower door was broken so water comes out when you take shower . Water leeks all night so you can’t sleep well . Breakfast was not so good at all . Some sweets bought fro. Supermarket and put it there . Really don’t recommend this place at all

Clean room, AC was very good. Location is ok if you drive and a small walk to the train station Sadly no English was spoken, but the staff seemed friendly. Very hard bed. TV didn't work. No facilities throughout the day.
