The staff were very kind and straight forward when answering questions, made it easy to check in and check out. The breakfast was also very good, especially having different options for cooked eggs which i havent seen from a hotel before and just having a large range of food to pick from. Overall my stay, even for one night, was great, would stay again.

The lighting in our room was very dim and when trying to apply make up at night even with all the lights on it was difficult to see.The mirror really needed some lighting.

The hotel is a bit high tech, even cooler than I expected. The rooms are stunning and loved the in room soaking tub. Staff was very courteous and helpful.

The hotel exceeded my expectations by far, this place is a dream land from the rooms being artfully decorated and clean to every single stuff member who showed us genuine kindness. To anyone on the fence about spending a little extra for a hotel, just do it, you will not be disappointed at all. I don't think this hotel gets enough credit for their remarkable and memorable experience ??♥️ Mahalos from Hawaii! That I had to leave ?

Over the top quirky, modern reception area with mirrors, placed everywhere and a giant chandelier 4 feet off the ground. Beautiful Bentley parked in the driveway that cannot be used – just for show.

Very convenient. Great staff and room. The elevators inside and out in the hall are black mirrors with dim lights. Cool effect but hard to see or judge distance. Add you punch in your destination and it shifts you to find a specific elevator. Became annoying.

Breakfast was amazing Club access was not the best, not alot to offer, had to ask them to top up and they just brought crispy chicken.

Rooftop bar although they had a function on the Saturday night so you couldn't drink there. Main Bar at reception lacks atmosphere. You couldn't have breakfast or a coffee in the morning. Had to go out for it.

Very nice hotel in the perfect location. Close to restaurants and the pier for traveling to Waiheke island which is a must do

I really liked the idea of having bath tubs in the regular rooms. it was a holiday so staff seemed leaner than normal. I could not get anyone to pick up the concierge phone line.
