Clean, comfortable and central. Staff at breakfast were great and the breakfast was excellent. On checking in I was unsure what to do and when a staff member arrived he did not say anything to me I had to ask what to do and he gave me no information about the hotel. After a 23 hour flight it would have been helpful.

Well appointed and modern rooms, excellent room amenities. The reception looks a bit tired. A modernised waiting area would be good. the elevators are slow and the hallways were very dark/dingy leading to the room.
