Beautiful The shower drain clogged and spread across bathroom floor. The reading lamp bulb was blown. The toilet wouldn’t flush on the last morning

Close to everything Staff were helpful and friendly and you didn’t have to leave the premises as you had everything in the property

Staff were pleasant and helpful. Impressive lobby area. The room was not really not up to standard. Well actually 2 rooms. The AC could not be turned off completely or the fan in the bathroom which meant you had to put up with noise through the night. Also the carpet leading into the bathroom was patched and there were sharp bits like staples you had to avoid.

Our room was a bit cold but they gave us heaters and blankets. We only had two towels and two glasses and mugs despite a family of three booking into the room

The bath was lovely and the hotel was in a great spot super close to Aotea Square. How expensive a red bull was $10 a small can and chocolate bars were $5.00.. Daylight robbery!

The hotel itself is great but the friendliness of the staff from the moment we arrived was amazing, my kids think it’s the best too! While if live to be closer to the harbour and shops this location is still close enough and when the kids legs are too tired (most the time), an uber is so cheap at this distance.

Location was perfect for attending a show at the Kiri Te Kanawa Theatre, just a few minutes walk away. I could see the hotel's neon sign from the theatre steps, so easy to find my way back. Nothing
