The property felt like it was in a safe & quiet neighborhood It is too far removed from the consciences of city amenities, restaurants & shopping to warrant these rates! The beds were super firm (think of a slab!) & low to the ground (tough on bad knees). The front desk staff was generally ok … friendly (sort of - as a “southerner” I anticipate everyone loving their job & customers and showing it - apparently not the case here) - at check in I was asked to pay an additional fee & sent on my way- I had to ask for “typical” check in information (hours for breakfast, restaurants, etc) & the password for their WiFi (No info given at check in - bc their isn’t one! It’s unsecured!! Wow!) I also had to ask numerous times for an additional pillow (2 standard pillows on a king bed?) While the roof top pool area is lovely, the staff were borderline rude and completely incompetent. Also - beware of the pool tiles! Wow they are slippery!

Great location, close to many attractions. The staff were lovely, and I really appreciated the complimentary room upgrade. The room was clean and comfortable. Complimentary water was only provided at check-in. It would be nice to have it replenished daily.

The location was very good. 10 mins taxi ride to Acropolis and short walk to many near by restaurants. An employee that stood out and was very nice & friendly was the bellhop/valet Dimitri. He shared a nice conversation with my son about their favourite soccer/football team Olympiacos. Our initial room view was HORRIBLE (see pictures). It felt like a prison yard. We were 3 adults. We complained to management and wanted to check out the following day and go somewhere else. We were told if you are 3 people all rooms have the same awful view. We were told only 2 people rooms are in the front with a better view. We had initially booked for 5 nights. Management was not very accommodating and would not reimburse us if we checked out early, because we booked through booking.com. We begged and pleaded without success. After all the fuss, they did however change our room to a room with a better view and kindly included the daily breakfast for free. In the end, we did enjoy our stay. One thing worth mentioning is the roof top pool, it’s a good size, but the lounge chair area is very small and crowded. Also the pool is not kid friendly. There is 1 ladder in the shallow end and 1 in the deep end. If you don’t use the ladder, you have to jump in, there are no steps. Hard to get out of the pool as the ladder is high up off the bottom of the pool. Also the water is not filled up enough, it’s so low that you can’t stick your foot in to feel the temperature of the water. Breakfast was really good, lots of variety.

Vriendelijke ontvangst met valet parking. Ruime kamers (connected rooms) voorzien van alle gemakken. Zwembad op dak met bar en uitzicht op Akropolis is een groot plusplunt. Plaats ontbijtruimte geen daglicht, dat doet afbreuk aan de sfeer.

We liked everything. every corner and every stuff member. Amazing people❤️ I didn’t like leaving the place…

The property itself is amazing and location is great. The surprise €15 charge per night was not appropriate. I realize it’s a city tax, but that should’ve been handled ahead of time. Then, they charged us again at the end of the visit because we had two rooms. I’m not even sure this is a legitimate tax so I escalated to the manager. You may want to look into it.

I love the location of the property. It’s close to the center yet. It doesn’t feel so claustrophobic. The staff is amazing and so friendly. I stay here every year when I come to Greece. I love everything about it. I have nothing negative to say.

The room was Clean and with more space, the staff were very nice and helpful, the breakfast was good with many variety The location is not near the city center or the sea; you have to use transportation to get there.
