The restaurant had delicious food

Quick check-in, professional and very cooperative staff, and quick services. The ice dispenser in our floor corridor ( probably in all floors) was a positive. The swimming pool is too small. Dimensions are probably 3x4 meters maximum. The outdoor facilities, on the roof, are very very limited, almost none.

Front desk staff was outstanding, regretfully i do not remember a name of the man who was checking us in, but he was a real asset to the hotel, very pleasant, helpful and professional! He checked us in, provided us with maps, directions, useful tips, called taxi for us, made reservations at restaurant... and all that with a smile! Also, breakfast buffet was very nice, I liked the incorporation of local pastries and sweets. Twice we had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was also delicious. I would have welcomed umbrellas by the pool, the sun was scorching and there was no shade. Also, it would be nice if the pool was opened little longer, 21:00, even 22:00. Some days we came late from sightseeing and a dip in the pool would feel nice. Cleaning crew repeatedly did not replace glasses, coffe cups and coffee. Sometimes they did took the dirty ones but left us with nothing, sometimes they left dirty ones without cleaning or taking them. Hope this helps to correct the issue.

I would add more umbrellas around the pool. +adding more USB outlets in the rooms Breakfast is abit pricy but good. if you come for sight seeing, than you will need a taxi to reach everywhere.

did not attend was a little too far from areas I wanted to be in. Taxis were always at least a 20 Euro fee to get to and from Plaka area

The room was clean, and they made it every day. The breakfast was OK The hotel is outdated, and room maintenance is very poor but clean. I needed to pay 18 Euro per day for the parking lot. The bad mattress was not comfy at all. The AC is very tricky to operate. This is not a 5 star hotel It was very expensive and should get more for these rates.

Food was excellent. Bathroom was good. Room was on the small side, with not enough space/shelving or drawers for 2 people to store clothes. Furniture was quite badly marked and needed replacing.

Comfortable, quiet and clean room. Iron board and iron in the room. The shower was good, lights and mirrors for makeup were appreciated. I had a nice city view. The hotel is well-located. Nothing, the hotel was just ok for my purpose- 3 three-night stays for a conference.

Its such a beautiful hotel! The breakfast buffet was great! The temperature for the cold weather was perfect and Athens is such a beautiful place to go to and this hotel helped with the experience. Since it was winter we couldn’t see the pool but I guess we’ll need to come back in summer and enjoy it!
