Excellent location, comfortable bed Not 5 star - 4 at best. No teas and coffees in the room, was overcharged for drinks. “System” prices did not match price on menu … did not rectify the error.

A truly beautiful hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, especially on the reception desk. Loved the pool and the relaxing lounge area. Amazing location.

Location was great, and it the pool was nice! The rooftop views were incredible, and the dinner was delicious! For a 5-star hotel, this hotel did not meet our expectations for quality relative to the cost. It may have been a very nice hotel sometime in the distant past but is now outdated and could use a renovation. Although the lobby itself was impressive, the couch and chair furnishing were shabby, and our room could use a refresh. We stayed in room 458 and the mattress sagged and pillows were lumpy and should be replaced. The bathroom also had a huge odd-shaped sink that you had to squeeze around to get to the toilet. Once seated, the sink was at chin level 5 inches from your face. We also had mixed reception in the lobby. Some were cold/dismissive, while others were mildly friendly. Overall, a disappointing experience for a 5-star hotel.

The location to the Parthenon, restaurants, and shopping. The tiny elevators

Great location walking distance to multiple locations

We loved the pool. This is the main reason we stayed here. We also liked the bar for pre-dinner drinks with view - the waiter there was particularly friendly and helpful. We also liked the breakfast. We were disappointed that for a hotel claiming to be 5 star there were no complimentary bottles of water for us in fridge. Over the month we stayed in 9 different accommodations across Greece and Italy and this was the only one not to offer a complimentary bottle of water. The receptionist was cold.

Location Rooftop bar Pool - with Sun;) Somewhat in need of renovations ie old refrigerators in rooms, not well stocked. Mattress seemed old.

Location perfect Breakfast amazing
-
Highly recommend the hotel, the breakfast was exceptional and the bar and restaurant had great assortment of food and drinks, we had the same exceptional restaurant waiter every evening for dinner. The television channels were very limited and hotel should look into other options for guests. Overall great location and hotel services and fantastic view from the roof top restaurant.

Location was excellent for walking to local attractions. Excellent breakfast. Staff were not friendly at the reception desk. We booked a room and did not have understanding that there was no window (very dark).
-
The location and that I was able to check in early. It didn’t reflect that of a 5 star hotel. The room was very hot. The shower head was falling off the wall. It seemed other peoples food was left in the refrigerator. The staff was polite but not overly friendly.

We got upgraded Room did not have enough lighting or socket in bathroom.

Location, staff, pool & food excellent
-
The location was perfect, the public spaces were elegant but the staff was not bothered and arrogant. Although the bathroom was beautiful, it leaked constantly from the ceiling so the floor was always wet.
-
Excellent location and views from the hotel restaurant. Walk to Plaka, Museum and Acropolis. Around the corner from the rental car companies if needed. Very slippery pool deck.
-
Very good location. Friendly staff. Clean comfortable room. Good air conditioning. Would stay here again. No view from room. Pillows were too soft.
-
Prime location, 7th floor restaurant and Bar very nice, Views were amazing, staff was helpful…some not so pleasant. Beds were great! Museum and great restaurants within 2-3 blocks…bazaar type streets for Sovereigns. Outdated Hotel needs to be renovated to bring up-to-date. The view of The Temple of Zeus and The National Garden was under reconstruction across from the Hotel which obstructed the view….no mention of this on their website for a price reduction while under construction. The flat screen TV was too small and no Movie Options, very limited channels. HVAC needs to be updated to refrigerated air…no wash cloths, had to request. Blow dryer was next to toilet and did not stretch to the mirror to blow dryer hair. Have to request iron and ironing board.

The location was awesome! And the breakfast is every morning on the rooftop were next level The cost was a little bit higher than I wanted to spend, but I don't know if that is normal for the area
