One of the best hotels we stated in Egypt during our 4 week trip. Everything was perfect from the view to the staff personnel! The staff is what really made our stay fantastic. No cons except that we wish we could have stay longer.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! From check-in to check-out, the whole experience was perfect. Due to the early flight from Cairo to Aswan, we arrived hotel early around 9am but hotel was ready for us to early check in. This is really helpful as we travel with a little child. And we are allowed to have the breakfast as well. The rooms are spotlessly clean, beds are super comfortable. The service is thoughtful and professional. In the evening, the hotel staff gave us a big surprise to offer us a complimentary birthday cake for my wife even her day were 3 days later. Great value for money, I will definitely book again next time. None

I recently spent a night at Basma Executive Club Hotel, and it was a truly pleasant experience. Although it’s a small hotel, it has a unique charm and feels very welcoming. The view is absolutely beautiful, making the stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. What really stood out to me was the staff — they were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay, which made a big difference. On top of that, the food was delicious and of great quality. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cozy place with great service and a lovely atmosphere. Nothing

This place is quite a find in Aswan. Best, friendliest, most helpful and competent staff we have found so far in Egypt. The food is excellent, reasonable priced. It was more than a place to see sites, it was a mini vacation, a place to return to... nothing

Very nice property. Hotel is well kept. Nice grounds and the view is incredible. The staff were absolutely wonderful. The whole team went the extra mile to help us celebrate our honeymoon. Definitely worth booking! We’ll be back N/A

The location is so good that big roof balcony you can easily enjoy panoramic view of Aswan. And it’s big room with clean condition. Staff are very kind, not over approach but friendly. The cospa is super. Breakfast is too simple.

The location is near the Nubian Museum, and we can have a great view of the city and the Nile River. The staff is friendly and helpful. Especially, we would like to thank the manager, Mariam and the receptionist, Carlos. They made their best efforts to provide excellent service for the guests, and we really appreciate their great service. The breakfast in the executive club is limited but good enough. They also provided a breakfast box when we left early morning. The hotel provided a free sunset boat trip. It's a big boat with an air conditioner. You can enjoy the beautiful view of the Nile River. The drlink is not free, but reasonable price. I have nothing to complain about, but a small advice. The hotel provided a complimentary sunset boat trip at 4:30 pm, but we needed to go to the Obelisk Hotel near the river by taxi or Uber. There was a little bit of miscommunication, but the hotel offered great help. My suggestion is to provide a simple instruction about the boat trip in English.

We love the nile view from our suite, people are kind and helpful. Grateful to Merna, she’s amazing and made things possible for us specially the private tours she arranged for us. The pool was too cold, we wasn’t able to swim.

I just dont know why.

The view from the room. That's all I like. The rest: ZERO Restaurant food and staff. Only looking for tip. Bad Service. One waiter he was even trying to throw a knife in my direction when I mentioned that we got butter and bread but no knife. Very bad quality food at the buffet. Sushi definitely needs to improve. All the boiled eggs with this cocktail sauce which was on the top -was not good at all. -The smallest soup bowl I ever had in my life. -The smallest TV ever compare with that huge mirror. Bad Design

Property located on hill which gave amazing views of surrounding area. Hotel was quite and ideal for stay in Aswan- short distance to Nile. Food was good and staff was very helpful

The hotel does command a good position on a hill with a good view of the Nile. My room was a good size and had a balcony which faced out across the swimming pool. Didn't get off to a good start at Executive Club as they advised that they had no record of my booking despite me showing them confirmation of the booking on my phone and proof of advance payment. So initially I thought I may have to go elsewhere but fortunately they did have a room available! Still not sure why they had no record of the booking, although to be fair to the hotel they did then provide me with a complimentary dinner. The food was ok but I had had better in other hotels during my trip to Egypt. As other reviewers have commented the hotel is just a little tired in parts - the bathroom in my room for example could have done with some upgrading. And on the first morning when I went in to the bathroom there initially was no water - not sure why not, and I was on the point of calling Reception when the water did came back on stream about a half hour later. Some staff were fine but others did not come across as quite as welcoming as I had experienced elsewhere on my trip.
