We could have had a higher floor room as we specifically asked for it, but it was just one night so we understand that other longer stay guests would be prioritized for this.

THE HOTEL IS AMAZING, and the staff are even more amazing!!! Special thanks to Marvel who made our stay one of the best stays we ever had! We celebrated a special occassion and she gave us an amazing upgrade to a room overlooking the nile and made us "lucky guests of the day" which included afternoon tea for free + the egyptian restaurant gabe us a free cake and live music thanks to Mr Abdulaziz at the kebabgy restaurant! The history, the service, the view all was more than perfect! Thankyou for making Aswan one of our best memories! Nothing

We have always wanted to stay at this hotel and it fulfilled and exceeded our expectations. The room was beautiful in the Nile Wing with a fantastic view from our double balcony. The staff were consistently kind and we were made welcome everywhere we went. Never ignored. The most wonderful hotel we have ever stayed in. By far. Nothing could be improved

For the stay experience: Environment: in a non-peak month, the whole front and back yard gardens are super private and exclusive. Pool side seat under a mango tree cannot be more relaxing. Room: Luxury room with Nile view. I literally wowed when i see the view in the room for the first time. The room is spacious with living area and bedroom and closet room. Service: Marvel and Moo (sorry if i do not spell it correctly), they are great concierges. The room call is always answered immediately. The staff are always ready to help. Dinning: only tried the terrace bar. The Agatha’s high tea: you definitely should have it in the afternoon. I had it in the afternoon in June. The month is not a peak season so i can have a great private time in the Nile view seat and enjoy Agatha’s book with AC. The Agatha’s cocktail: great cocktail with gin as the base served with sandwiches and nuts. I drank it as a sundowner. That is really an enchanting experience. For the Agatha Christie’s and Winston Churchill’s suites tour: Great tour, great tour guide! Nothing after i searching my head for a few minutes, for real

Beautiful property, well maintained and great front line level staff. Especially the pool staff, outstanding service. Great room and 5 luxury amenities. Reception staff lacked friendliness and felt very corporate. They were helpful and felt the front line staff were so friendly and happy, and management seemed busy and too occupied. The main restaurant food was very bad. My father in law got sick from the cod, and the calamari was terrible. They removed the calamari from the bill and nothing was done about the overall dining experience by management at check out. Too bad for such an amazing property to lack proper F&B food quality. Disappointing.

The decor was fabulous and absolutely fulfils your Egypt fantasies The staff were very attentive and well trained The beds were absolutely out of this world Pool area great And the best view in Aswan of course! The spa could do with an upgrade given the price Shower very awkwardly installed, you basically have to squat in the bath and use the shower head as the pressure hits the opposite wall and isn't adjustable

The staff , the setting and the room were all perfect and were exactly as we had hoped. We had a lovely room with a terrace overlooking the Nile. Breakfast served in the fabulous restaurant was always a real occasion. Availability of all drinks on the bar menu was not always as it should have been and sometimes the prices seemed rather high.
