The spa is over the top. My husband had a massage and loved it. The breakfast was very good, and it’s also very close to a great pizza place. Assisi is a very special place, unspoiled. This property is within walking distance of the city center and many shops. The development of this historic property is of the highest quality. Go. Not one thing.

We had the chance of booking the suite nr.10, enjoying the full and exclusive view of the fantastic 1610 wall fresco belonging to the ancient convent just for us, a special and worthwhile perk if you wish to go for it! No remarks, all perfect.

A beautiful historic property with incredible views, attentive staff, gorgeous rooms and comfortable beds. They have a gorgeous spa built on a Roman bath. There is really no downside unless you have an upstairs room and you’re not comfortable with stairs. If you have mobility problems, be sure to check the location of your room in advance. Having said that, all of Assisi involves going up and down steep inclines.
