Security and cleanliness

The location and cleanliness was the best about this location. The breakfast sandwich wasn’t up to par. Other than that the waffles and the crispy bacon were great.

Location The overall cleanliness could be significantly improved, especially the carpets, which had visible stains and dirt. The restroom was also not properly cleaned. There was shaved hair left behind, even after housekeeping had serviced the room. This is not acceptable, and I was very disappointed by the lack of attention to detail. What makes this even more disappointing is that the property was renovated only about a year ago. The facility itself has great potential, but it seems that having the right staff and maintaining proper cleaning standards would make a significant difference. The bed was also not very comfortable. In addition, the air conditioning was not sufficient for the suite, particularly in the area between the rooms. I was also uncomfortable with the experience during breakfast. The staff member responsible for the breakfast service appeared very nervous and was frequently handling dishes and utensils in a rushed manner. I stayed for three nights, and this happened every morning. Her constant interruptions made it difficult to comfortably select the food I wanted. For example, when I picked up an egg bite, she immediately rearranged the remaining ones, and the one I selected turned out to be frozen. Overall, there are several areas that need improvement, particularly cleanliness, housekeeping, room comfort, and breakfast service. The property itself has a lot of potential, especially after its recent renovation, but better staffing, training, and attention to detail are needed to provide the level of experience guests should expect.

This apartment is very comfortable and well equipped for an exyended stay. I would recommend to anyone needing a kitchenette unit.

Very small bathroom... 2 people couldn't be in there to get ready at the same time and broken shower shelf.

Staff was not very helpful. I had a weekend stay of 2 days. I arrived to my room that house keeping did not touch and clearly was dirty from last persons stay. I was promised the room the next day and was given a room the first night of 2 beds(my purchase was a king suite). The next day staff had no clue. The front desk then said to return at 11 and I will get the room. I returned at 10:45 to be sure and she informed me that the manager said there is nothing they can do I will have to stay with what I got. I noticed they had given the room I was promised to someelse. This was an inconvenience due to the fact I paid for something more than what I was given. If they could not make it work they could have informed me. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a hotel. The breakfast was terrible. I was not contacted by the manager at all when the staff said they would accommodate me. No check in on my stay,NOTHING. Ants were in my room(like an infestation all on dresser drawers) and house keeping does a half job with cleaning and supplies. No soap, no paper towels, and we had 1 thing of toilet paper that look like it was used by last group that had stayed before us.parking was difficult and certain doors did not work. Overall just a poor. I recommend staying some place else.

Absolutely BEST night sleep on a while!! King bed to myself. Big TV with streaming channels. Very clean, the bed was so comfortable. Absolutely amazing property. Wonderful room and spacious. Cheapest rate in the area which was surprising bc of how nice the place is. Thank you for the amazing 1 night stay. Definitely will stay again!

Clean room nice bed and all new furniture …. Cute apartment style room

Unfortunately there were other travelers in the room above me that were jumping and running all night. This was oud enough to wake me multiple times through the night Called the front desk repeatedly, was told they would take care of it....never did.

I liked everything! The room was very comfortable, the stuff really clean and new, excellent sofa bed because in all the other hotels the sofa beds are terrible! Everything really clean that’s the most important for me. Breakfast included and many options for eat, really good! Everything was amazing!

Room was clean, staff were very accommodating, breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options for everyone. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Love this place. Super convenient for families. Feels like home away from home. Special shout out to Mason who provides exceptional customer service! Professional and courteous! We will be back!

Loved the area, clean and comfortable

The breakfast was ok, didn’t really meet my expectations. The location was good. Bed was comfy, bathroom a little small but tolerable. Breakfast was mediocre. Room smaller than expected and the price was too much for the size of the room.
