Nothing. I never stayed due to incompetency. Won’t be staying ever again with Hilton and my business with Booking.com is going to be terminated due to this hotel not having my reservation. Both parties blame each other. They blame Booking.com and Booking.com blames Hilton. There is zero accountability . It was so humiliating, demoralizing, and unprofessional that I had head to a different property for a room. The Hilton desk clerk was rude, unapologetic, and unprofessional. No manager was on site which is the case every time I stayed here. Sickening experience Competency which all of you don’t have.

However, they advertise dinner service at their restaurant for all days of the week. I went there for a much needed and deserved weekend getaway so I was looking forward to dinner service. I got all dressed up, came down excited to order, sit and enjoy…and was told dinner doesn’t run on weekends now due to issues with customers. Ummm, don’t you think you should advertise that?! No signs, staff didn’t tell me at check in, nothing! Unacceptable. Next thing-I was so excited to use the hot tub by the pool. I got my bathing suit on, went outside and see that it’s roped off with caution tape (it was closed). I was so pissed. Again, didn’t they think to advertise it was out of order?? Staff didn’t tell me about it either. Dinner and the hot tub were the main reasons I chose this hotel. Extremely disappointing. Other than those things it’s a really nice place and i enjoyed my time there.

We are from Philly. We came down with the dog to see 7 houses in 1 day. They would not let us check in until after 3pm which made us have to take our dog and our luggage with us to see the houses. Ridiculous!!! They could have been nicer and found a way, but front desk just dismissed us immediately. I will be at the Marriott next time.
