We were greeted by excellent staff , very helpful though we reached early we could not get our room earlier but we were helped with taking care of our luggage for storage. The room is bit tight once you open the bed. It has good lighting. Toiletries were good , bedsheet and towels were clean. Though a cleaning staff had forgotten a spoiled towel to pick after cleaning the room when we checked in ,when we informed the reception staff they promptly took it away. its not a issue. Breakfast was good. Staff is good and kind. Its in a quiet neighbourhood which is under constructions but you don't hear any sounds in hotel. Very close to Amsterdam Lookout and NDSM worth a visit. Room space, bathrooms do not have anything to keep your towels no hooks , the towel rack is above the toilet which you cannot access you need to come out of bathroom and then go in toilet to get your towel :-( . Its a good 20 mins walk to Ferry and Amsterdam Lookout.

The room was sufficiently spacious. The price was higher than I would have liked but the hotel was very nice.

Although located a ferry ride away from Amsterdam Centraal it was a great place to stay - lovely grounds with a beautiful outside space cool room and helpful staff. The place exceeded my expectations. Would highly recommend this place if you don’t mind a bit of a walk after getting off the ferry. Coffee in the room would have been great!

Really comfortable bed, well designed room, great shower, amazing black out blinds. Location worked for me as I was attending a conference in the north of the city, but it probably wouldn't be so good for someone coming for tourism as it's a bit of a schlep to the nearest tram/metro.

The room is as comfortable, had everything we needed. It was slightly further away from the city centre than we originally thought but public transport was easy to figure out and very handy.

We liked the proximity to most places . We walked everyday to the traditional tourist venues. The air-conditioning was a let down , but we managed to make do. The breakfast started okay , but for us, it went down hill towards the end of our stay.

The localisation makes it easy to travel through the whole city with public transport. The food was really good, and the hotel overall seems to be very safe thanks to its security. The colourful lights in the rooms are a fun detail that I liked.

Exceptional

The staff was amazing, tiny rooms but very clean and modern. My room was very quiet, loved it. Also i love that i could rent a bike and the location even is far the area is getting very nice. Restaurants and boat close by. Too small the rooms but... had everything tiny
