Hidden pearl, if you sleep light (but thats all over Amsterdam take some ear plugs) but this hotel should be rated muvh much higher i loved it and stayed in many many different hotels this year in Amsterdam and this one is my new nr1

Room was quite hot especialy during the mornings. I understand the prices overall are high in the city but still i think the price is high taking in consideration no meals included or AC

Location was good. Close to the park as well as to the train Room was dirty, falling apart, there was no elevator, so you have to carry your suitcase to very steep stairs. Shower was useless, you can take properly shower as the ceiling is bent. Bed was super uncomfortable. Not worth the money at all!

The location is fabulous. Other than that it was not worth the money. The standard bedroom for two was ridiculously small and uncomfortable. The same can be said for the bathroom. The only window in the room could not be lifted. It should not cost more that 50 euros per night.

Our room reeked of cigarettes and the staff didn’t do anything about it.

The black mold and the lack of hot water detracted from the experience. Poor sound insulation kept me up at night.

I don’t like any thing in the hotel , the room wasn’t clean and every day after the house keeping clean it still not clean and alot of hair on the floor and on the bed , the hand of the window was broken and the window didn’t open , the stairs is dangerous and so uncomfortable many time will i was going up to my room i was going to fall and its so tinny and very very dangerous , no one to talk to if u have any problem , and the place allover have an old bad smell, and its not value of saving money Nothing

Easy access, friendly staff, extremely comfortable bed. In good Amsterdam fashion, steep narrow stairs to get to the room. Not an annoyance because that’s expected from these historic houses, but just needs to be pointed out for future guests to expect that.
