Man at the front desk was cold and unfriendly. Room was VERY small. Mattress kept sliding off the bed. There wasn't enough space in the room to open my suitcase. I had to put my suitcase on my bed to have room to open it.

Convenience and price No bathroom tissue. Air conditioner not blowing cold air. Receptionist not at all helpfully. Remote sticky and dirty. Bed headboard stripping. That air conditioner thermostat needs replacement do not think it works.

The location was a little far from central Amsterdam, but it was still a nice place to stay.

The location was perfect. It was away from the party scene present throughout other tourist areas. Great bang for the buck.

Great location X

AC was making weird noises. Once at night, I had to get up and check if the water was running into the room.

Breakfast was an added value when booked online and not through the property (would have been an additional 20Euros/day if paid on site). Location was excellent - walking distance to the metro, museums, market, coffee shop, bar, etc. The mattress didn't fit on the twin frame, due to the window sill protruding, so it slowly slid off the bed throughout the night and was very uncomfortable. Staff complained about each other constantly and in the public areas (lobby, breakfast room, hall). Breakfast does not start until 7am, and if you get coffee before hand you are charged 2.50euro.

Location Bed size Bathroom size The morning of our second day stay the hotel had a big issue with the cold water. Unfortunately one of my family members got burned while in the middle of the shower. Soap on and unable to rinse because for over 30 minutes the water was extremely hot! The water was scolding hot, not just hot. We reported this and they said it was a hotel issue and ask why my family member couldn’t wait. Seriously? In the middle of a shower? When you’re supposed to leather with soap water then rinse? It was not fun. I was very disappointed the hotel didn’t even apologized and looked for an excuse.

The location near museums was great. The room felt crowded with 3 people. We stayed during a heatwave, 35-37 C. Managed to keep the room somewhat comfortable but would certainly have appreciated air conditioning.:-)

This is a lovely comfortable and welcoming hotel. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Good bedding and comfortable beds. It is super well located near museum plein and vondel park. Quiet at night which was great. No issues we had a wonderful stay.

The location is excellent. We were in a triple room. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. High standard of cleanliness Most staff very friendly and helpful. The bedroom had only one overhead lighting source. No bedside lighting. AS there were three of us in the room this left us no options around night time sleep routines

Location is great, away from touristy crowds but in walking proximity to all main siteseeing.. The room was clean with a big windows looking into a cute backyard. The plumbing made noices. Not hotel's fault most likely but there was a lot of noise that sounded like someone was moving furniture at night somewhere upstairs.

Nice spot in the city, and the front desk guy Igor(?) was super nice and knowledgeable about the city. N/a

The location was wonderful. We loved the neighborhood feeling!

Overall service was very good. Check in could have been friendly. We were barely greeted and asked to checkin ourselves even though no one was else was there. When we asked a couple of questions we were given one word answers. The front desk staff the next few days were super friendly.

Location is perfect, room was clean and the bad was comfortable Single room is toooo small. It was catastrophic at the very first day, but then I got used to it. There was not a fresh smell at the entrance at first, it was like ‘’old’’

The location was great. The breakfast was adequate. Two of the 3 receptionists were nice. One went out of his way; we had arrived late in the evening, and we asked if he could recommend a place to eat. When we came back from putting our luggage away, he had a list; most were closed, but he found one close by, and it was GREAT. The bathroom smelt a bit mildewy.

The location was wonderful The room was so small, it was impossible to open the bathroom door all the way without hitting the bed. The beds had thin mattresses that had to be continually pushed back in the base. The air conditioning was weak and the breakfast was not great .
