فندق جميل ونظيف وهادئ الطاقم ودود ومتعاون وطيبين و خدومين مساحة الغرفة كبيره بعيد نوعاً ما عن ازعاج السنتر لكن قريب من محطة amstel station مترو داخل أمستردام وقطار للرحلات الطويل يبعد مسافه 10 دقايق مشي انصح فيه اذا لا تحب ازعاج وضجيج السنتر لا يوجد

It was very nice overall. The room was clean, equipped with almost everything we needed, and located in a calm neighborhood. A water fountain is available, and the restaurant food is very good; we enjoyed the breakfast and the bar. Staff were all kind. nothing

The room was dusty, closet dirty. Lighting was bad.

It is new and clean. The rooms are really comfortable. They are fresh and the air conditioning was perfect during the heat wave. The beds are extremely comfortable. The staff is great. The breakfast is really good. The location is also great, it is really silent, even with windows open at night. It is not in the city center but really close to public transport and easy to access by bike. The blackouts in the room are not 100% blackout, they let light pass through them, which especially in european summer when the sun is out from really early until really late it can be a bit annoying. But the room was so comfy that I easily overcame it.

Probably one of my favorite hotel stays. Me and my girlfriend loved it. I was there for business as well.

There is no one there to help you carry up your luggage at all you should do it by your self to the top of the stairs

Stairs were dirty

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Although it was not directly in the city center, the location was still very convenient. It was less than a 10-12 minute walk to the metro station, and from there several direct lines connected easily to the central station and downtown Amsterdam. The area itself felt modern and quiet, and I really loved the hotel’s interior design. The whole atmosphere was inspired by nature, with green tones and a very stylish, relaxing aesthetic. The restaurant was excellent as well, beautifully designed and clearly popular even among local visitors. I had dinner there and was extremely satisfied with the quality. Breakfast was also very good, especially the fresh bread that was available. The staff were friendly and helpful during my stay. One evening when I arrived late for dinner, they kindly kept my meal for me. They also provided both ironing service and an iron to use during my stay, which was very useful. I also appreciated the small details in the room. Slippers were provided, which is something I do not often see even in many hotels. There were enough towels and toiletries available, and these details really helped make the stay more comfortable. The room itself was beautifully designed with large windows that brought in a lot of natural light. My room was on the ground floor next to a canal, which created a very peaceful atmosphere, especially in the mornings with ducks and birds around the water. I was also satisfied with the Wi-Fi connection. The speed was reliable and good enough to comfortably handle work and daily tasks. There were only a few minor points that could possibly be improved. The room I booked had what was presented as a double bed, but it was actually two separate beds placed together. Since I stayed alone, it was not a major issue for me, but the separation between the mattresses was noticeable and slightly less comfortable than a real double bed. Another point is that my room was on the ground floor with very large windows facing outside near the street and canal area. The natural light and view were beautiful, and the blinds provided privacy when needed, but during the evening the room was still somewhat visible from outside. Guests who are more sensitive about privacy may find this slightly uncomfortable. I also appreciated being able to use the iron free of charge, which was very helpful. However, the iron itself seemed to have residue from previous improper use and needed cleaning before it could safely be used on clothes. The ironing board cover also looked a bit old compared to the otherwise very clean and stylish atmosphere of the hotel. These are small details, but improving them would match the hotel’s overall quality and presentation even better.

Pure perfection, I loved it!

problems regarding late c/o: got confirmed but were still being rushed at 10.55 to check out by 11.00 - poor internal communication. After 10min discussion, we could stay - booked one family room (seperated doors), late c/o were charged for 2 rooms. It’s a shame that things like that happen on the day of departure; otherwise, there would have been nothing to complain about
