Great location, fairly enough space for a family Beds were uncomfortable and small, furniture partly broken and pretty old

Room was small and not the most welcoming. Bathroom was very small.

Nice looking lobby and terrace. Small but well organized and well decorated. Nice location and easy to get to many places in town. The room was big enough for an adult and 2 kids but as it was on street level it had moments of being a bit noisy and it was quite stuffy with only a fan. It wasn’t great to keep windows open with people walking by. Otherwise very nice.

The location is amazing. There is a nice terrace/area to have coffee and smoke if you want. It was a clean hotel, staff friendly and welcoming. I would def stay here again.

Great breakfast!

The front desk staff were polite and helpful. They offer bike rentals. There was a room to store luggage before and after check out. Carpets are old and dirty and make the entire hotel stink. The rooms do not look like the pictures. No amenities.

Beautiful old building. The bathroom tiles need upgrading to non slip.

Very few outlets for electrical devices

The stay felt very warm and welcoming from the very beginning. The staff was genuinely kind, always smiling, and ready to help with any request. Their attitude made the whole experience feel easy and pleasant. Nothing to mention — everything was lovely

Location is definitely a high score - close to museum district and Vondelpark and to Leidseplein famous square, with many options for restaurantes, bars, clubs, theaters, cinemas, coffee shops, and also shopping. Staff was very friendly and helpful (asked for early check in and used main area to work after checkout), good amenities in room (toiletries, free water, cookies) and nice touches like free coffee and tea. Oh and having an elevator was quite nice as my room was on last floor, and in Amsterdam its not that common for smaller hotels. Room was comfy with a nice view but really small - as I stayed for 1 night was fine, but for a longer stay would be uncomfortable. Bed was also very small (and im 1,65mts) and right next to the heater which made the room not get warm enough, and the bed too hot.

Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Front desk is professional and nice. Also, it's great they have an elevator and common area to hang out. Great location that felt safe, close to public transportation and good food. We got a room on the basement level facing the street which was not ideal. In late evening people would be talking loudly and smoking right outside our window. The smoke would seep into our room which we cold smell. Told the front desk the next morning but they really couldn't do anything about it.
