Spacious room, great air conditioning, and a shower that held the water in the actual shower area (many of our hotels during this trip didn't do this and we were mopping up water after each shower). Unfortunately, we had to kill a roach in our bathroom. And no soap or body wash in the shower, only shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. Although this wasn't the first hotel to seemingly put body lotion in lieu of body wash in the shower during this trip.

Location was perfect for the museums, the Concertgebouw, walking the canals. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Our room was comfortable and spacious. It was all good for us.

The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring Amsterdam. It is one of the best things about the hotel. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my one-week stay. I stayed in room 204, directly underneath room 304, and throughout the entire week I heard constant footsteps and dragging noises from the room above, especially at night and early in the morning. My room was also very close to the breakfast/restaurant area, so I could clearly hear plates, forks, spoons and conversations from the restaurant early in the morning. At night, I also heard the elevator and various other noises from the hotel, which repeatedly interrupted my sleep. As a result, I had to wake up very early and my sleep was disturbed almost every day. I think rooms like this should be assigned to guests staying for only one or two nights rather than guests staying for a full week. Another major issue was that the room did not have a proper wardrobe. Since I was staying for a week, it was very difficult to organize and store my clothes and belongings. For a longer stay, I expected the room to have adequate storage space.

The hotel’s location was excellent, and we were able to reach many attractions on foot. Being close to the park was also

The staff were super helpful and accommodating for me and my dog. We were transiting for a couple days through Amsterdam on our international journey. They were friendly towards the dog, helped me find reliable airport transport, and stored my dog's large crate throughout our stay. The location was excellent. It was easy to reach the big park, and we could also hit the canal district easily too. The room we stayed in was a good size for Europe and had a great bathtub and shower.

We loved how easy it was to walk into the city. Very close to the Rijksmuseum. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When we complained about some problems, they comped us a free breakfast, which was kind of them. The sheets were stained. The room was very small. The hotel was noisy. It seems to be a place for a younger crowd. At times the small lobby was packed with them, there were couples sitting on the stairs, and loud groups in the hall late at night. Maybe this was all due to the World Cup, but it made the stay unpleasant.

Great location Great staff, but we saw a mice in the restaurant. We believe it was because of the construction that was going on in front of the hotel.

Great location close to bus stop and close to city center but far enough out to be nice and quiet. Clean. Very friendly staff. No complaints

The loft itself was quite spacious, and the air conditioning was working well once we got it running. On the service side, our bags were carried to and from the room, which we appreciated since there is no elevator to the loft and you have to climb three floors of stairs. Room Readiness & Condition: We arrived at 16:00 well past the official check-in time and the loft was still not ready. When we were finally let in, it felt like an oven; they hadn't bothered to turn on the AC to cool it down before our arrival. The overall condition of the apartment and the kitchen was very poor. The Nespresso machine was missing basic parts , the stove knobs were heavily worn, and the kitchen cupboards/fixtures were visibly coming apart or cheaply propped up. In the bathroom, the shower head was heavily blocked with limescale, causing water to squirt aggressively in all directions instead of a normal flow. Additionally, the upper room floorboards creaked so loudly it was almost comical. The layout offers zero privacy. The lower-room bathroom and toilet have no door at all. The upper bathroom only features a bar-style swinging door, which provides no real isolation.

Great location, clean, decent size, comfortable.

Great value for money. The room was spacious and silent, good appliances, great bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly Julio César and Víctor. Some noise comes from the rooms in the upper floors.

Great place to stay in one room for 3 Canadian sisters. Comfortable beds and clean room. Helpful and friendly staff!

Very comfortable bed and nice linen. Pod coffee machine was welcome and breakfast had a good variety. We arrived around 9pm during a cold snap and our rooms window was open, hail entered our room as shown in the photo added. The heater was not working and the room was very cold. The night desk attendant was very helpful finding us an extra duvet to use and the next day the heater was rectified. The bathroom is a little dark for my liking although they have tried by including an illuminated vanity mirror. Products were lovely and the shower was good.

Friendly, helpful staff, comfortable bed. Bar and restaurant. Room was small and we didn't have enough space for our clothes and suitcases.
