The location Insurance deposit

The hotel has not refunded our security deposit. They told us that the deposit would be refunded to our Mastercard, but we still haven’t received the money until now.

The staff was very helpful and we could change the room without paying a fee. The hotel is very centrally located in the red light district so are inside the night live. The price is very nice for this location in the middle of Amsterdam's heart. ❤️

The location was really good cause we were close of everything! We did not know we were staying in the Red Light District but, that's on us ? The room was clean at sight but behind the courtins and under the beds there was a lot of dust which made us think about how well the cleaning is done. We also didn't like that there was only one access card per room. It would've been great to have one per person in the reservation.

The location is good and the room is spacious for single bed with ensuite for a hostel. The room come with aircond which make the stay comfortable. Nearby easily find cafe and supermarket. The room is just in front of stairs where everyone will passby which cause some noise. The hostel near to red lights street so the surrounding will be crowded with people when I back around 11pm, but it's still fine when I back at 8pm.
