That it was near the museum's and the boat canals The bed sheets and the towels were worn out and the lack of shampoo and body wash soap

No tables to put anything on. Not many toiletries. No hooks for towels. Staff didn’t take out trash.

Perfect location, centre to everything. Rooms clean. Safe hotel as can only enter by man working there. No soap in bathroom

The person checking us in was friendly This place was not clean. There was trash under the bed (a pill wrapping) when we got in. The walls were dirty.

Great location ? Spacious room ? Low quality bed !! No lift !! Very sharp stairs !!

the location only stairs are bad, we took long time to take 3 suitcases downstairs and we were surprised they want more money because we checked out after 11

The location and the staff was polite. The room was not clean, there was human hair everywhere, and there are no elevators. The room smelled weird.

They were very agreeable to storing our luggage for us prior to check in so we could tour the day we arrived unencumbered. Although the streets were noisy, we did not hear the street noise in our room. Wi-Fi connection was good Complimentary coffee in theAM would go along way to hospitality. The gentleman on duty in the AM was very helpful. The location was great. Close to the train station and a lot of activities. The neighborhood was a little scary for us country bumpkins

Overall is amazing and stunning it’s cozy and feels like home for sure the staff were warm welcoming and treating you like family no noise at all and super safe There is nothing you can hate here

Hotel was close to all of the attractions The stairs are very steep and we were on the top floor! I recommend to ask for a room on the lower floors. Will definitely stay again ?

Great location overlooking a canal with lots of coffee shops and pubs in the immediate vacinity, oh and sex shows, peep shows if thats what floats your boat.

we have booked triple room. but however there was availble one room with ten beds. and they gave that room .but not for the expedia booking.
