Staff was so friendly and helpful! The room was so fun and different then any other hotel room I've stayed in! It was also our 2nd time staying here highly recommended! Alot of stairs as a heads up!
-
Room was nice and big with good air conditioning. Amenities in the lobby area were great, especially the free happy hour! Our room was on an upper floor - the stairs were very steep and it was challenging to get the suitcases to our room! More counterspace in the bathroom would have also been nice.
-
Stairs and room was much smaller then advertised, bathroom was smaller then a cruise ship bathroom.

Staff and location awesome!
-
The cleaniness, location and the staff was very friendly . They were very professional .
-
The location and people working the desk were nice. There was mice in the property that got into our belongings.
-
Our TV remotes did not work for both TVs. And the chair for lounging in the main bedroom was stained on the seat. Room 24.

Very good location and amazing staff

The location and the canal views. The curtains were not black out. The lack of cleanliness in the bathroom, there was floss on the floor. The shower/bathtub was so difficult to use. It’s hard to get in and out of. You stand on jets that are uncomfortable and there’s not much space. The only outlet is above the mirror which is almost impossible to reach.

Cool old building w great windows on canal. Staff were all lovely!! Beds were comfy! Bathroom redone & great! Location was walkable to museums etc. Couch & other living room furniture belonged in a frat house. Totally worn out. We did learn that this furniture is due to be replaced soon (rather complicated to get items in & out of a tight 5 flights of stairs!!!).

Location was perfect! It was a cozy room with a comfortable bed. I liked have free coffee and still/sparkling water on tap too! Nothing to note

Located close to the things we need, the breakfast was good and staff was friendly

Wonderful especially when compared to other stays in the same area.
-
Location was tolerable Total state of disrepair. Room provided was so far what was booked, management should be ashamed by the deception.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. We LOVED our room. It was # 32 window on courtyard. Even though in town during King's Day (and more), we had quiet morning noon and night. Loved your kitty cat. Location was beyond excellent-close enough to everything to walk to but close to residential neighborhoods to get away from crowds. Really nothing. Probably not the place for someone who needs lots of ammenities such as a restaurant, fancy public areas, and those things a chain may offer but perfect for us.

Charming hotel. Clean rooms with everything we needed. We will stay again whenever we come back to Amsterdam. Friendly staff, trying to help with smile.

Location! Our room with canal view was perfect!

The location is perfect. Major attractions and Central Station are within easy walking distance and neighborhood is lovely. The hotel cat is a sweet! Shower drain in my room was inadequate. I had to use multiple towels to keep from flooding the bathroom. I identified the problem on day one of my stay. On day four it was sort of fixed. Website photos are flattering in the extreme. Be ready for quirky and a bit shabby.

Location was perfect. Good coffee. Comfy reception area. No elevator. Staff was generally unfriendly/not warm. Had to ask twice for toilet tissue. No wash clothes. Basically would consider this an expensive budget hotel. Can't recommend it.

What breakfast? A sign was needed on the building directing you to check in at the Sean hotel… very very confusing.
