My room was amazing! The staff was extraordinary and I would return for the turndown service alone. They left a treat each night. One night was the best cookie I have ever had in my life. I am not exaggerating. There was nothing I disliked.

The Conciege Wim is outstanding and has an exceptional ability to understand his guests needs. The Breakfast was excellent! My room overlooked the courtyard which was very noisy . I had requested a quiet room. My shower drain was blocked when I first used the shower. The downlighters flickered constantly. The Towel rack was hopeless. Some of the staff were GREAT and others had attitude … so inconsistency of service proposition.

From the moment you walk in you are made to feel welcome. The bedroom was very comfortable and had everything for a very comfortable stay. Nothing was too much for the staff. Bar area was cosy and a lovely place to sit after a day/evening out. Superb range of drinks. One of the best breakfasts. Nothing.
