The location was perfect! Very close to metro station snd you can go anywhere by that metro. I would say the only problem was the washbasin in toilet which was not even enough to wash my face, overall the toilet was very small. I was not even able to wash my hands or face in that washbasin. I think they should do something about this issue.

The location was very good, the bed was comfortable, and I slept well. The room is small but completely sufficient, and it was clean. The only downside is the late check-out penalty, which I find completely unacceptable!

Location is nice and it's clean. The AC wasn't working but the staff came and gave us the fan and later I was offered late check out due to the issues. I guess that's what is important that you try to make things right. Beds are bit small but nothing manageable Nothing really

Great value for money. The place has every basic you need and possibilities for extras. The rooms are efficiently small, which allows for such a good deal. I would totally recommend if you plan a stay in Amsterdam where you only use the hotel to spend the night, and are out and about all day.

I loved the location and the beds were comfy and clean! The room had dust everywhere and what I hadn’t realized was the bathroom was essentially in the bedroom, with just a glass door (not see through) separating the bathroom from the bedroom. The bathroom floor itself was disgusting the titles had stuff in between them.

Great location to explore Amsterdam, and very easy to get a train to from the airport. Tom on the front desk was so welcoming and helpful as were all the staff. I booked a small double room which per its name was small but perfect for one person - it was comfortable and had everything I needed. NA
