Beds were comfy Quiet room Fan provided Our Room looked out at a wall and windows could not open

As a member of best western the interior is good. Little far to center but near to other spots The Indian stuff working at the desk very lazy and disrespectful guy. Lied to us about the availability. After double checking on the website and booking.com may rooms where available. So I confronted a showed him and ask why he would tell us there where no rooms when there are plenty. Then he started talking disrespectfully towards us. Hotel good but this stuff very bad shouldn’t work on a touristic spot

Uncomfortable and very small beds

The tried to make it up with free breakfast and the next day they changed our room. Some staff are really nice, there are others that are not so nice.

Location was ok, once we figured out direction. Room was small for 4 adults. Check in on kiosk felt impersonal. Staff seemed annoyed with kiosk check in not working and I had to ask for help.

Чувство будто отелем никто не занимается лет 10. Все убогое, старое, пошарпанное. Хорошо слышно как ходят сверху. Персонал на ресепшене более менее ок ?, а уборщики два раза ходили спустя 1ч после заселения они уже решили что-то убрать. Потом без стука какая-то проверка пришла. Спрашивала как нам убрали. В ванной плесень, волосы на постели, грязный ковер. На входе self-checking на планшете но он выдает ошибки. Будто бы выключен такси из аэропорта, но нужно за 2ч знать когда вы будете, а так как самолет задерживаться то точное время сложно указать. Не знаю связано ли это с отелем, но в 3 ночи была сирена пожарная и около 30-40 минут она выла, мне кажется если причина была ясна можно было бы и выключить, так как не ясно какую роль она играла. Короче если вы путешествуете с рюкзаком и хотите сэкономить и других вариантов нет, то пойдет на 1-2 ночи.

This property is near the tram line but far enough from the city centre that it had parking available. The location worked great for us.

The shower gets wet the whole bathroom

We liked the location close to bus and train stations. Quiet neighborhood, the lobby is awesome! Bar, pizza machine and sofas around We didn’t really enjoyed the stay since it was 32 degrees outside, there’s no A/C there were two fans all covered in dust, which didn’t really help we hot temperature the window facing another wall, so no wind can get in the room for fresh air We found one big bed bud but weren’t sure if they are from our room or from outside Also the check out was at 11 and they tuned off the electricity at 10, so we couldn’t charge our phones, couldn’t use restrooms since there were no light .. refrigerator no cooling enough

Clean, close to transit, nice local vibe Only issue is the location, easy by team to get to the centre.

The hotel is located somewhat away from the city which can be good or bad depending on the liking of a person. The otherwise the hotel was clean and comfortable. The hotel is somewhat mechanical, check-in and check-out is self done. So it lacks that personal touch and human interaction that myself as a tourist would have liked to have.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful:). Bed was too hard. Bathroom wasn’t clean sink and door had black or brown stains:( no ac, way too hot even with door open with 2 fans on.

The gym was not open until 9 and front desk wasn’t accommodating.

LOCATION WAS GOOD BUT A LITTLE BIT OF A WALK TO THE MAIN STREET TO GET ON THE BUS/TRAIN. IF YOU CAN'T WALK FAR, TAKE AN UBER.
