The hotel was closed and they did not contact us to let us know, so when we arrived there was no access to the hotel and they were not answering their phone or replying to their emails. Terrible experience and will never use this hotel again. Service = 0

Convenient location next to tram lines, close to museums and trains to Schiphol and south. Room has safe, which most hotels at this price don't have. Helpful and knowledgable desk staff, who know English well. Desk sells train tickets. Furniture was pretty basic; we would've liked more places to put our clothes. If the shower had a no-slip mat we couldn't find it.

Value for money, clean rooms, friendly staff, and a convenient location with easy access to public transport. The smell coming from the drainage. You need to turn on the exhaust fan overnight to lessen the smell.

Room was excellent, clean, spacious. The breakfast is of excellent value and the staff was always very helpful and attentive.

Very comfortable bed. Great location right off the tram line, so easy to move around. Room was quiet and clean. Room was down some steep stairs, so difficult if you have a lot of luggage.

The room was not clean we asked for our sheets and blanket to he changed , because some thing was stinking with it and we started itching,Also we could not turn off the light the whole night there were mouce somewhere ,it was eeting some thing so we kept hearing ig it all the night .it was nightmare ,we could nog sleep at all.

The room are super small i barely fit in, if you put your bag you can’t walk, we found a bug inside the room

I left one Boss perfume (120 EUR), almost new in the room I used, I called them when I just returned home to see the delivery, they mentioned the will check. They never called me back. I have left some items in other hotels, always they were returned to me, sadly, not this time!

looks good on first view, but in detail loose doorknobs, loose faucet, some mold on silikon in shower. if your stay is just for sleep and wake up and leave it good enough

Cleanliness, close to public transportation, park and restaurants. The room was located in the basement.

location was OK, a little far from the centre but the tram stop was in front of the hotel the room was on the ground floor and the window was poor quality: we could hear all the cars passing in front and cold air was entering in the room even if the window was closed
