The Breakfast food variety and location was excellent Front office manager's flexibility at the time of discussion in reducing my stay to 1 day only and be charged for 1 day only. The reception location and hotel entrance Hotel design and room design dose note deserve the value of money they take Did not recognized me as a VIP member of the membership neither welcome or explained the details in a proper way at the time of the check in dose not provide solutions

The only small thing was that the elevator took probably 3-5 minutes when called.

It was hot. Hot while we were there but the AC did a decent job cooling the room and we requested a fan and they were able to find one and put on room. The Irish young man in the bar/pool was great and funny! The shower! And the outdoor pool! Weren't able to "book" inside spa was always full. Daughter did like the gym. Don't love the "cosy"room looking at a mirrored atrium into other rooms. When lights were on - it was still pretty dark. Wish the towels were a little better, never received face towels after the first day. Breakfast was too expensive.

Beautiful hotel. The sauna hot tub area is gorgeous and so relaxing. Needs reservations but I usually just went down there and there was room. Nice gym. I liked the bank side. Really quick to clean out room. Room a bit tired but the spaciousness and windows made up for it.

We loved the concierge named Nicolas. He was wonderful. Elevators were slow

Spa staff were very rude not only to me but also to my girl friend completely separately. Our room wasn’t cleaned until 7pm one evening. The floors and rugs are stained.

Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

Awesome location, great rooms, very comfy. Facilities are great. Amazing sauna (if you can reach them on the phone to make a booking that is) The staff is “so busy” whenever you need something

We were welcomed with open arms! We were celebrating our new business and the staff was amazing. Nice room with a very modernistic look, not old style. Very central to the Square and other facilities. We couldn't pay with Google Pay and all the cash points were closed, so we had to roam the city to find one before we could check in for the deposit.

Good location. Comfy beds. Nice canal views. Woman who check us in was very lovely, they bring the bags to the room. How the room service and food shut down at 10:30pm and they don’t care.. we had to wait an hour for something to be delivered.. then asked for forks, plates etc.. took another 30 mins to arrive. I’ve been to other W hotels, they are way go attentive, literally going to in to fold your towels or replace them when you leave the room. This one is nice but could use some improvement.

The whole experience and room decoration and layout doesn’t really make it a 5 star hotel. This was the worst “assumed” 5 star hotel I’ve ever stayed in

Room was very small, we found it difficult to find places for our things. Very dark with little natural light hard to get ready /makeup with such bad lighting. bathroom - it’s in your room so zero privacy. When you exit the shower, you are in your room. Daily service was not consistent, we had no cream for our coffee and towels were rough and flat. Definitely need to upgrade towels. Also, hallways were loud and smelled like weed 24/7. Elevators are open to public so they are busy and very slow. Definitely not worthy of a 5 stars. Just know this is more like - 4 The location was great! We enjoyed walking to all the areas in town. Restaurants, shops, museums were all within walking distance. Hotel bed was good!

I had a wonderful experience at W Amsterdam. The hotel is stylish, vibrant, and perfectly located, but what truly made my stay memorable was the staff — especially the team at the W Lounge on the 6th floor. Their service, hospitality, and attention to detail were outstanding throughout my stay. A special thank you to Andrea Stefan, Duty Manager, for the warm welcome, professionalism, and support. He made everything smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended — I would definitely stay again. Nothing

Location The breakfast area. Is wonderful The set up of the rooms and elevators is very very very difficult and unfriendly to use.
