The free coffee and tea and cold water were so appreciated! The staff were helpful and friendly. Beds were comfy and fans were appreciated on the hot days. The stairs were SO steep and each of the steps were so narrow that my mentally handicapped son tripped and nearly fell multiple times. Parking is a major problem here; we had to park 2/3 mile away and walk with luggage to the hotel.

La indication está perfecta. Precio calidad 10/10. No tenía aire acondicionado, por lo que dentro de la habitación estaba algo caluroso

The location was great however the area is pretty dirty! Few staffs were nice. The elevation didn’t always work. I was traveling with little kids and we waited for 30 mins but it still didn’t arrived. We told the front desk staff a lady who continued flirting with a man and completely ignored when I said we have been waiting for a long time. Ended up taking stairs 4 floors up and those stairs are not normal. They are weird and not the safest. It does get noisy out and you will see lot of homeless people right in front of the hotel. Also, the neighborhood is very dirty. The best part is the location. Everything from food to shopping is around the neighborhood and the tram connects you to central station that takes you everywhere.

Every room should have seperate coffee machines
-
staff at front desk could not have been more awesome very tiny elevator, but not much they can do about that

The location was excellent, the room was very large, especially for European standards. Loved that they had a coffee station available 24 hours a day as well as a water station! The young staff was not very helpful at all, they did not have much of a personality and weren't really willing to answer any of my questions. They seemed more irritated than anything

אין מזגן ככה שאם אחזור לאמסטרדם שוב בעונת מעבר או בחורף אחזור לאותו המלון אבל בקיץ לא מומלץ!

I ordered a room with a/c, but there was no a/c in the room. Also, the mattresses were not comfortable.

Excellent location, clean room and washroom. Staff were very helpful and we loved the property in every aspect. I would definitely return to same property for my next Amsterdam visit.

Housekeeping should clean more Breakfast good but minimalist
-
Bad noise insulation, every step someone makes on the floor above is heard

I loved everything about this hotel! Location was close to everything I wanted to see by foot, many great food options nearby, and is on a quiet street. Room was spotlessly clean and comfortable in size, bed was very comfortable, breakfast was delicious. I've already booked another stay here! Nothing - everything was perfect!

Walkable to center. Nice staff. Good room.

The hotel is very close to all the major sites. It’s right on the train/tram line. It’s old and the neighborhood is a bit grimy. We paid a fortune because it was kings day and peak tulip season.
