The location was incredible and our room has all of the amenities. Mostly, Jasmine who checked us in and worked in the cafe was extremely helpful and kind. She is the perfect person to welcome guests. Nothing.

Ideally located in a quieter neighborhood alongside a picturesque canal. We were able to walk from the train station and to all points of interest (sites and restaurants) during our stay. Our room was beautiful, well-appointed, and unexpectedly spacious. It provided the perfect, calm refuge in a bustling city. The best part: we had floor to ceiling windows overlooking the canal. Breakfast in the charming café was delicious and a great way to start each day. The staff is kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

Super friendly staff, amazing location and beautiful family room. Family room is on the highest floor, be prepared to climbed steep stairs with the kids. Didn’t mind it too much though, but one should be aware if you’re not used to of it.

Jasmine and her husband were an absolute delight, so kind and helpful! We got a lot of great recommendations from them and the location and rooms was wonderful! The service was 10/10 and will be back if in Amsterdam!

Very conveniently located. We did a lot of walking. The tram stop was nearby as well as several attractions. We also liked the breakfast offerings. The only negative is that the room was up a very steep stair case and had additional steps inside the room. I would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues.

The location is safe location, the rooms are clean and have air conditioning, the food is healthy/nutritious and the staff is awesome. I had read that stairs were steep but stairs to the rooms is very steep. The steep stairs are in line with the age of the bldg and surrounding bldgs. The staff bring up luggage for u.

Location, size,interior design, and 2/3 of the receptionists we met were great. Bathroom tiny, Towels were thin and small and pillows were small and too few. There could have been more capsules for the coffee machine. The morning breakfast could have been a little better. Hotel / dining room coffee was not great and the boiled eggs were a bit dry and blue green around the edges

We loved the location and the incredible staff. They were so accommodating and helpful! The steep steps were tough to navigate with luggage but I guess that’s the Amsterdam canal house charm.

Location was great and the all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The property has a coffee shop. The breakfast included not only very good coffee, cappuccinos and lattes but also a nice European breakfast. It is situated centrally within walking distance to museums, parks, shopping and right across from one of the canals. Would definitely recommend this property. Stairs are a little steep for an older person such as myself and my traveling companion. The staff went out of their way to help us with our luggage upon arrival and departure.

We loved everything!! Our room was great - the stairs were a bit challenging at first but got used to them quickly!! The breakfasts were amazing....our hosts helped with anything we requested...calling taxis, recommendations for restaurants...etc... The location was perfect for our plans!! I had knee surgery in January so the stairs were intimidating at first...but I got used to hopping down them...so would not really rate as a problem!!

Everything about the hotel was excellent, from staff, location, cleanliness and room. There are just not enough words to describe the friendliness of the staff including Martin. I do not know the names of the other staff members but they were all so nice and made you feel part of the family. They did everything to make us feel welcome and have an enjoyable stay. If I return to Amsterdam, I would stay here again. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable! Nothing. Everything was excellent.

The location was perfect for our vacation. We loved the historic area. We were surrounded by unlimited food options, which was very important for the picky eaters in our family. We walked and used public transportation for all our needs (except to/from airport). We stayed in Room 8- Amstel Family Room- we loved the space it provided for us and our two teenage boys. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and the atmosphere was a relaxing transition to start our day. The staff was always friendly, helpful with all our questions, and really made sure we were taken care of during our stay.
