Good location , staff was friendly , view was awesome Pricey for what it was , honestly should have been about 3/4 the price

The front desk staff were completely unprofessional. While explaining my issue, the receptionist refused to even make eye contact, and after I finished, she simply told me there was nothing she could do. Furthermore, room cleanliness was disappointing—around a 6/10 at best. To make matters worse, the air conditioning barely functioned, blowing warm air and failing to cool the room down

Close walk to the tram and an easy ride into the city center. Clean, comfortable, Amazing staff... breakfast is incredible and I loved having access to a sauna and hot tub. Every staff member I interacted was down to earth and kind. nothing.

Everything Nothing

I have been staying at this hotel for the last five years and, unfortunately, I haven’t seen much improvement. The breakfast remains exactly the same every single day (scrambled eggs are not good). The rooms have plenty of space where additional hooks or hangers could easily be installed, yet this has still not been addressed. Rooms designed for three or four guests are essentially the same as rooms for two people, with nowhere convenient to hang towels or clothes. Slippers are also not provided. Overall, the hotel has potential, but there are several simple improvements that could significantly enhance guests’ comfort and experience.

I found the breakfast to be versatile and delicious, kept us full until late afternoon. Really enjoyed the location despite not being in the city centre; had some nice walks around the Olympic stadium area (and houseboat streets). Public transportation stops are nearby. The shower was incredible! The room has some design flaws, especially the bathroom. Even though the toilet and sink look modern, they are not very practical (risk of blockages; could not fill a water bottle from the sink because it didn't fit under the faucet). The shower corner should have some border to keep the water from flooding the rest of the bathroom. TV seemed outdated, remote didn't always work properly. There was a long bench (?) in the room which does not make much sense - would rather have more closet space to hang clothes. Bed mattress a bit too soft for my liking. Warm porridge/oatmeal at breakfast would be nice, they offered only overnight oats.

Great location, well fitted gym

Great location close to public transport. We had an excellent view from the room of the 1928 Olympic (rebuilt) stadium and of Amsterdam. The room was very clean and staff was helpful.

Amazing view. Great neighborhood for sports, jogging and walking. Nice staff. Feels like a 5* hotel. We had a special deal. A bit far from the center, still great neighborhood
