Hotel looks great from the pictures I was sent to Leonardo eden which seems to be related but nothing like the pictures of NYC so was disappointed, neither booking.com or the hotel would do anything to help

the location of the hotel is excellent, an easy walk to all major tourist sites. staff were very friendly and a great vibe in the hotel, excellent breakfast. if you want to sleep or are a light sleeper this hotel is not for you. exceptionally noisy at night out on the street - music, fighting, screaming, police sirens - every night our our 4 night stay. I was not aware that Rembrandt Square is a hub for night life (my fault)- which goes on until about 5 am. Our room faced the main street even the double glazed windows didn't block out the noise.

Very close to the centre was easy to walk to anything from it, loved the little shop downstairs was very handy to grab some snacks. The bathtub plug didn’t work so the bath wasn’t useable, you could hear a dog barking all day that was in another room.

The location of the property is excellent. In addition, we could occasionally hear noise from maintenance or renovation work being carried out at the hotel, which was somewhat disruptive.
