Reviews
-
Very helpful and friendly front desk staff. I was could check in early even my flight arrived at 7-ish in the morning. I even got upgraded to the executive room with a complimentary mini bar and welcome drink!
-
Excellent location and access to transportation, IAGG conference center, groceries. Next to a big and busy highway, thus a bit noisy.
-
Not a lot of restaurants nearby. Need to walk 10-15 minutes to find dinner.

I was not satisfied with the cleaning. There were stains on the toilet seat, and hair(s) in the shower and bathroom sink. One evening, I came back to my room to find all my clothes that I had nicely laid on the bed to have been thrown (by the cleaning staff) onto the sofa in complete chaos. They were all wrinkled.
-
The overall experience from the room to the dining experience in the restaurant and the staff was really helpful There were extra " tray charges" of 7 Euros over a dish of 14 Euros, i.e totaling to about 21 Euros in room service(dining item) which was charged over the top of the price of the menu item.

Close to rai station Not much to do around

- The staff were super friendly and helpful. - The hotel is accessible and close to different means of transportation: bus, metro, tram and train. - The character of the hotel is modern and makes the guests feel welcome. - It’s a bit outside - a min of 20 min commute - to where most tourist attractions are.
-
Location, easy access to the public transportation, breakfast, on site EV charger, bar Nothing

Excellent location with metro access nearby. If you’re traveling by car, you can park at the hotel and reach Amsterdam city center by metro in around 30 minutes. While the location and accessibility were excellent, the parking fees were quite expensive at approximately €75 for two nights. The room and bathroom were also on the smaller side and did not feel like good value for the nightly rate.

Nothing much
-
The coffee at breakfast The fact there is not a small office table and associated chair in the room to allow a business man to work in his room
-
Breakfast Check in was slow
-
Breakfast buffet was of a high quality. After hours coffeeshop also accommodating late at night.

Bed was confortable, breakfast is delicious (great variety). The city center is like 10-15 min from the hotel by car. Not much to do around the hotel, its exclusive for business trips with offices nearby. The two times I went to the gym, there was no water to refill bottles, but that is minor.

Location

The personnel were very kind, and offered a bigger room to accommodate my needs as a wheelchair user
-
The cleaning schedule for the room was a little random.
-
Some of the staff on the front desk were nice - most looked unhappy and upset.... The rooms were mis-sold - the "Superior Queen" room is nothing of the sort....as the front desk staff admitted immediately. The really aggressive policy by the cleaning staff - knocking at 10 am, and attacking again at 10.15, is not something I experienced anywhere else in my career. To be fair, a few individuals on the front desk were quite helpful - though it felt like these were not in line with the company protocol. Nothing like Novotel in London or elsewhere - I appreciate it's a "budget" hotel, but it was never this apparent. Not nice to feel so unwelcome, so repeatedly.

located pefectly to walk to the conference location RAI Food taste was not according to my expectation. In fact I was not able to eat dinner for 4 days.

Good value. Conveniently located near the airport train and a tramline into the city centre. The staff are helpful and f
