The location of the property was great. Very walkable. Access to food and coffee nearby, and a grocery store. Though they also had complimentary espresso pods and soda and water in our rooms. Plenty of space in the room. Very friendly staff, and they made sure we were in a room with proper air conditioning. None

There were a number of items that were broken in room 403. There was a plastic part to the shower that fell off. The air dryer did not function, though a substitute was available. I was unable to adjust the cooling system.

Location was ok AVOID THIS HOTEL. Reception hours did not match those provided in our confirmation. While we gained access to drop off bags we had to leave them in a public place. Common areas were unclean and open stairway entrances were really dangerous. While a tiny TV was in the room, it provided no live TV - streaming only. Bathroom smelled musty. Mattress was uncomfortable. We were concerned that smoke detectors may not be working and the phone attendant couldn't offer any help (e.g. when they had last been checked). I don't know how this hotel gets a three star rating. There are nicer hotels in the area for a decent price. We left before the end of our booked stay and moved elsewhere

No desk clerk on duty for long periods of time

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, location was great! room was damp as it was the basement room - noticed some mold and we were stuffed up after 2 nights. I would recommend not staying in the basement room.

Great location on one of the canals. Close to public transport and a really nice small hotel with lots of character.

The location, the great staff, and the cleanliness were all top tier!

Elevator broken. Stairs too steep. Room door trim needed painting. Dust around floor trim. No breakfast. No working elevator. No discount for discomfort.

Great location. Room was very comfortable and Sebastian was extremely helpful. Elevator was broken, shower head operation was suspect (leaky with little water pressure). Several areas showed signs of age and wear - peeling/moldy paint, stains in carpet.

We liked the location Room was dirty, moldy, and there was a hole in the wall. Safe did not work. Window did not stay open. Mattress was old, itchy, and uncomfortable. TV didn’t work.

We had a view a canal and the bed was comfortable. The seating in the room was stained, the sink didn't drain well, and the room looked nothing like the pictures on the website.

It's an old building, while very nice it's not well insulated. There was draft coming from the window and also sound from other rooms. Check in info was confusing, we thought there is no reception during daytime either but there is.

We had a pleasant stay, the location is great, everything is close. The host was very nice and helpful in recommending where to go and what to see. Also close to Vondelpark if nature calls.

It was very small and there was no place to open up my suitcase. But the room was in a good location. They were also very accommodating regarding helping with finding certain places and restaurants. The room was too small. There was no room for a suitcase and the refrigerator in the room was broken. The mirror was a bit too high. I could not see my whole face, (maybe if you took off the border).

Location. French balcony. Bed. Noises/loud cleaning crew/sloppy house keeping/house keeping walked in our room three times during our stay without waiting for an answer from us and then still walked in when we answered./bathroom sink didn't drain and the ceiling molding was falling off.

Great location, lovely views from my room, additional treats of drinks/coffee/tea was very thoughtful and practical Most bathrooms lights were broken, no good light fixtures in the main room for mood lighting (only bright ones), no full length mirror, night stands weren’t practical to put things on since they are soft stools

The location of the apartment is very convenient. Walking distance to most of POI locations. The room with channel view is a plus. The apartment was ready sooner than we expected and the staff is very friendly and helpful. N/a

It was a comfortable, basic place in a good location for a short stay. The views of canals are a plus!
