Easy access to key sites in Amsterdam. We were able to get into our room shortly before noon, since the room we chose was available. This allowed us to get an early start on sightseeing in Amsterdam. All of our needs were met during our two-night stay.

Very clean, nice staff, basic breakfast but enough as it is, excellent location The mattress needs changing it is too soft. The bathroom light stays on for 10 min after use, which is too long if you use the bathroom at night. No tissues in the room!

The hotel is very well located, just 5 mins walk from the Central Train Station. There are lots of restaurants and bars nearby, but the hotel is very quiet. Great that they had a vending machine and an ice machine. We would stay here again....

The location was pretty central. Employees very friendly and accommodating. It was also pretty clean. There was zero storage. We missed having a dresser or somewhere to put our clothes; having to quite literally live out of our suitcases. The room was quite compact. The bathroom also had no storage. There was no where to put any toiletries. When we asked for Kleenex tissues we were told we didn’t get any. They didn’t have facecloths either. We were disappointed based on what we’ve experienced with travelling in the past.

Sensor in our bathroom (and probably in all the hotel) turns the light off 10 minutes after you leave there ! Quite annoying in the middle of the night !

The TV never worked. We had to restart it all the time. The streaming lagged and we ended up just screen sharing our phone if that worked. The tub jets also turned on in the middle of the night twice.
