Delta Hotel City Center

No AC, no fridge in the room, no ice machine, very dated, the carpet on the hallway looked like needed a good wash. It was supposed to be a 3 star hotel, but barely kooks like a 2 star.

Location, we were able to walk to all the important places.

No AC when weather in 90s Fahrenheit

Friendly staff, great breakfast each morning and clean, fresh room. It’s perfect location to access trams and shop and dine. Fun area. It’s different that American places but it’s a great option. Small room but it worked well. This is a typical tourist hotel but much better than most. It does get warm during the day. Room has a fan but no a/c. Not a big issue for me but for some. It takes a day to adjust. Change your expectations or you will not be happy.

5 minute walk from the station. Right in the heart of the city. Updated bathroom, though cheap shower head kept falling off the hose. But bathroom was large and clean. The coffee machine at breakfast was good. staff was friendly. Cute view from the third floor. August, so we had some hot days. It was bearable but I would prioritize AC next time for August travel. we had a beautiful view from the third floor, but because it was hot, we had to have the windows open at night and it was extremely loud. the entire night was cars and horns and people yelling on the street. All hours. Would be mitigated if there was AC and windows would be closed plus sound of AC. But I get it, it’s Europe, so not as common. The hotel has a lot of potential, the breakfast room needs a complete overhaul in my opinion. Wouldn’t take much, bright paint color, some updated furniture and make the space of the buffet easier to access. Instead of in front of the bar. Seems a lot of wasted space. And the breakfast it self was very basic. A few small changes could make it much better. Some fresh paint on the stairs, hallway and elevator moving wall etc.

Location and a/c Breakfast

Location is great. My single room turned out to be windowless and this as a possibility was not mentioned anywhere in their details. With no air conditioning this was far from ideal. They had a 10 inch fan that did not swing back and forth on the desk far from the bed. I tried to move it closer but the plug by the bed didnt work. The second closest plug worked but only when you had the light switch ON so I couldn't use it unless I wanted the lights on all night.

Too many rules about keys, food and drink inside the room.

- room is very small. - room is not clean. - room is very hot and No AC. - staff were not friendly, i stayed 4 nights, in last day i asked for half hour late check out (check out is 11 am) they rejected and said aggressively will not return the deposite if not check out in time.

The location of the hotel is great.. It is in a central of the city close to everything. The breakfast was good. First of all... No AC... That is bad if it is hot. You have to open the window to be able to sleep... But the outside noise is very bad.. So, it is hot if you shut the window and you can not sleep and you still can not sleep if you open the window because of the outside noise... Forget about getting a good night sleep. Horrible experience. The room was outdated for the price and not comfortable.

Location, staff and cleanliness. Breakfast was very nice. Elevator only went to 4th floor. Stairs everywhere including in room. Dips in carpet in halls … trip hazard.

The lady at reception staff were not as professional or courteous as expected and the cleanliness of the room and facilities was below standard. I hope the hotel management addresses these issues to improve future guest experience.

The locations was great but the hotel itself could use a little upgrading. The breakfast was as expected. The price was high, but I guess due to the location. It certainly is only a 3 star.

The location was excellent... 5 min walk to the main train station. easy access to all modes of transportation, shopping and restaurants. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was good and plentiful. I requested a single bed but got 2 twin beds pulled together.

Excellent location and good for 1-2 nights if you want something quick and easy and you won’t be staying in the hotel anyway most of the day
